🚨 SCAM ALERT

Some members of Riverside Presbyterian Church are being targeted today by a phishing scam in which someone is pretending to be the pastor. One number currently being used is (279) 287-9374.

The scammer is sending text messages that pretend to come from Pastor Mark and asking people to purchase gift cards or send money to help someone who supposedly has cancer. These messages are NOT from the pastor or the church.

Please remember: We will never ask you by text message or email to purchase gift cards or send money on anyone's behalf.
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from the pastor, do not respond, click any links, purchase anything, or send money.
Please delete the message and report/block the number.
If you're unsure whether a message is legitimate, contact Pastor Mark or the church office directly via phone, rather than replying to the suspicious message.

Unfortunately, scammers sometimes target churches because they know that members care deeply about helping others. Please share this warning with other church members who may not see this post. Thank you for helping protect one another!

We had our VBS a couple of weeks ago, and it was a BLAST!!! Here is a video of all that we did in the five mornings we spent. We had a lot of fun and learned about the Bible.
We spent our mornings doing yoga and breathing, Recreation, music, small groups for Bible time, crafts, and play!
We learned on how to look for compassion around us, taking care of ourselves and others!
