Ascension Lutheran Church in Riverside, Illinois, began as an outreach ministry of Concordia Lutheran Church in Berwyn. Ascension is affiliated with the Metropolitan Chicago Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). The key doctrine of Lutheranism is justification by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

We at Ascension are so excited to host WAVEFORM on May 17 to close out our 2025-2026 Concert Series!

Hailing from right here in Chicago, Waveform, Chicago’s newest vocal group, “brings incredible artistry and skill to diverse repertoire. Featuring the city’s top talent and most experienced singers, Waveform performs a ca****la and/or with rhythm section, covering Motown, Pop, folk songs, gorgeous ballads and seasonal favorites.”

Join us May 17 at 4pm in the sanctuary at Ascension Lutheran Church, 400 Nuttall Road, Riverside, for a concert you will not soon forget. Attendance is free and open to the public; donations encouraged.
