Happy Easter, Ramadan Kareem, Happy Passover!
Now don't forget us: Your Orthodox Brothers and Sisters celebrating Palm Sunday today so that we can have our Holy Pascha (our true term for Easter - hear the passover in that, too?) next week. We actually start our final run today - and what a wonderful journey it is.
And this is not just the Greeks, but Russians, Ukrainians, Romanians, Albanians, Antiochians and All of the African and Hispanic Cultures, the Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French, English, etc.)

The Church does not engage in politics, but it does stand up for its moral teachings and speaks out when these are under attack. All are welcome to their political views. But we do hope your views will be strongly influenced by the moral teaching of the Church when applicable.
Proposal 3 is a direct attack on the moral teachings of the Church. This is a proposal to change the Michigan Constitution to potentially allow abortion on demand up to birth, and remove all parental rights for minor children’s health decisions pertaining to abortion and transgender sterilization and mutilation. The proposal can only be called spiritually evil. And Orthodox Christians must fight against evil. Therefore we have placed this advertisement on our billboard through Election Day. We urge all to vote against Proposal 3 - and to thereby vote against evil.
