Who's ready for the most epic Back-to-School — Back-to-Shul — Back-to-Back Party on the Lawn to welcome Shabbat EVER?!
It's at Har Zion and it is this Friday, August 28!

We start at 5:00pm with Shabbat on the Lawn—for kids aged 1-7,
and then at 5:30pm, the Barbecue—for everyone,
and finally at 6:30pm, Musical Shabbat Shabbat service—for folks of all ages!

AND, it looks like the weather will be perfect!

What a beautiful afternoon at Har Zion! 🎶 We enjoyed a live musical performance celebrating the sounds of the Baroque era.

The concert featured three talented musicians from Har Zion: Reuben Karp and Charles Shapera on bassoon, and Leah Miller on harpsichord. We enjoyed music by Bach, Froberger, Handel, Telemann, Vivaldi, and more.

Such a special afternoon filled with incredible music, talented musicians, and wonderful community! ❤️🎼

Unlock a transformative journey of self-reflection and growth!

Join us in at the conclusion of the last Shabbat in the Hebrew month of Elul—the last Shabbat of the current Hebrew year—for a powerful musical Selichot Service, where inspiring melodies and contemplative liturgy will awaken your spirit.

Come together with our community an evening of connection, beginning with a program at 7pm, followed by dessert at 7:30pm, and the service at 8pm.

Weather permitting, part of the evening will be held on the Solomon Terrace.

While in-person attendance is truly special, we'll also broadcast the talk and service on Facebook, YouTube, and Zoom, so everyone can join in.
