Just an FYI here.....the County has issued a total burn ban...the Four Square Church has declined to sell fireworks this year....when you think about it...for very good reasons....therefore I am asking the residents of Ritzville to consider forgoing fireworks displays this year........as we consider this an exceptionally critical season...the possibility of starting fires in so many dry areas is just not worth the risk...Thank You....Mayor Linda Kadlec..

The Foursquare Church made the decision today that they will not be selling fireworks this year due to the local fire events today and the forecast of extreme temperatures this week. Thank you to our communities for always supporting kids going to church camps and also our church. See you next year.
