Evelyn Houghton is one of the oldest people currently living in the state of Wisconsin.

What a wonderful way to celebrate Miss Evelyn from our Church Family!

At the Wautoma Common Council meeting held on July 14 at City Hall, the council approved a proclamation for Evelyn Houghton to recognize her as Wautoma’s Oldest Resident Turning 110 on July 24.

Things are starting to take shape with our Rosary Walk project! The rosary tiles have been installed, and plants are beginning to be planted in our front garden, and they look great!

We are excited to announce that Phase 1 of our Rosary Walk Installation has officially begun! A big thank you to the hardworking crew from Stuart's Landscaping for their efforts today. Our front yard will have a fresh look with the new landscaping and the steps that our Junior Warden, Joe VanWie, has replaced in front of the church. Stay tuned for more exciting developments!

Today, Juneteenth, we offer this prayer from the Episcopal Diocese of Missouri and join with all those who celebrate this day, commemorating the end of slavery in the United States.

Holy and righteous God, you created us in your image. Grant us grace to contend fearlessly against evil and to make no peace with oppression. Help us, like those of generations before us, resist the evil of slavery and human bo***ge in any form and any manner of oppression. Help us to use our freedoms to bring justice among people and nations everywhere, to the glory of your Holy name through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
