After Sunday’s service, hearing our little babies recite scripture, watching our children sing, seeing our youth worship, and witnessing the love being poured into our community through our Heavenly Greens ministry, my heart is fuller than it has been in a long time!
A church member sent me this picture earlier today, and it brought tears to my eyes. Just look at the beauty of God’s creation! How could you not see His goodness in it all?!
Our youth have been studying the Gospel of John, and one verse keeps coming to mind:
"I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” – John 15:5
And goodness, what a beautiful reminder of just how full our lives can be when we recognize His grace all around us!
Thank You, Lord, for the beauty of Your creation, for this wonderful, cooler weather, for little voices speaking Your Word, for young hearts learning to follow You, and for a church family that loves and serves together!
We all have our flaws, but God is working through our imperfect congregation to spread joy and hope and love to others in our community & beyond!
What a blessing it is to be part of what God is doing!
