Celebrating 160 Years of God’s Faithfulness!

You’re invited to be a part of a very special day in our church’s history as we celebrate the 160th Anniversary of the Ripley Baptist Temple.

In 1866 nineteen charter members established a Baptist church in Ripley under the leadership of Pastor Jonathan Smith. In the 160 years since then buildings have been added, ministries have been started and our members have diligently served the Lord together. Greater than any other piece of history is the truth that God’s Word has faithfully gone out into the community and around the world through the ministries of the Ripley Baptist Temple. Only Heaven will tell of the impact that’s been made for the cause of Christ over these years.

Our speaker for the day will be the longest tenured pastor in our church’s history and current evangelist with Hope from the Hills, Rick Perrine. We will host a meal and time of fellowship in addition to our services.

Join us for an uplifting day of remembrance and encouragement, Sunday, August 16. Whether you’re a longtime member or looking to start your journey with God, we have a place for you!
