Criswell Cemetery The Criswell Cemetery land was deeded to Nancy Landers Criswell 1 May 1857. The oldest known grave was in 1859. 3 Dec 1859 Nancy bought land from G.B.

Carter and donated a portion to the community as a cemetery where no one would ever pay for burial.
