Hey FBCRV youth parents! We are doing a church camp this summer right here at our home church in Rio Vista! The link for registration is in the comments. Please get your teen signed up to join us asap! Wednesday nights we have seen as many as 74 teens join us in our youth group (Praise God!) and we have a good amount of teens registered for this camp already, dont miss out! The deadline is approaching quick. (April 8th)
This is a Thursday-Sunday Camp that will be action packed including things like basketball & Volleyball tournaments, scavenger hunt, Salon day at London Allen Hair co, a Fishing trip, Swimming, challenge games and many more events BUT most importantly a full worship band, camp pastor and camp leaders that will be sharing the gospel in a intentional way in every thing we do!
Where the name Base Camp comes from:
Base Camp is the main camp at the bottom of a mountain — the place climbers return to for rest, training, preparation, and support before going higher. Life as a teen can include many mountain tops and low valleys. We are looking forward to learning more about pursuing Jesus in all things.
