In August of 2007, the Lord called our Pastor to resign from a mega-church where he had served for 12 years and one month later in September 2007, NewLife church was born. From day one we have been dedicated to the expositional teaching of God’s Word and witnessing to our belief that Jesus is alive and gave His life so that we might be restored in relationship to our Creator. Our first Sunday C

elebrations were held at a hotel in Rio Rancho, the only place we found that we could comfortably afford. The adults worshiped in a ballroom, the kids met in conference rooms and our youth met in the only other space available...a hotel room with double beds...you can just imagine the first impression parents had dropping their teens off! After nearly a year and a half doing church at the hotel, finally in the Spring of 2009, we were able to lease and renovate an old warehouse on Unser Boulevard in Northern Rio Rancho which was our home for the next four years. Then in 2013, God miraculously opened the door for us to purchase our current property, which we believe has enabled us to become the proverbial light on the hill. We are excited to see what new adventures God has for us in the years to come before Jesus’ return! Come Discover NewLife, Jesus will be here, and we would love for you to meet Him!
