Father, I feel the fear that rises when I cannot see what lies ahead. I confess how often I try to control the outcome instead of trusting You with the next step.

Lord, give me courage: not because I feel strong, but because You are with me. Quiet my anxious thoughts, steady my heart, and help me move forward in obedience, even when I feel afraid. Remind me that I do not walk alone and that Your presence is greater than anything I may face today.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” ( Deuteronomy 31:6)

Father, when trouble surrounds me, teach my heart to run first to You: not to control, predict, or hide behind my own strength.

Lord, be my shelter when I feel exposed, my stronghold when I feel weak, and my steady refuge when everything around me feels uncertain. Forgive me for treating circumstances as if they are safer than Your presence. Help me remember that I am not abandoned in the storm; You are near, and Your strength is enough.

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” : Psalm 46:1

Keep me close beneath Your care today, Father, and make my trust quiet, honest, and unshakable.
