On behalf of CJ and the rest of my family I want to thank you all for the prayers, messages of support, love gifts and acts of service that you have given us following CJ's accident on March 30. They have been a source of comfort and help to us all.

CJ just came to the realization yesterday that he will not be able to finish the job at Gospel Light Baptist. Through all of his devastating injuries, he still wanted to complete what he's been working on since January. He still felt a responsibility to "line up someone to do the flooring". That was hard.

Like we've done in the past, we will go forward by faith in our calling. We don't presume upon God what He will allow us to do, but we will quietly trust our faithful, omnipotent, benevolent Guide for each step.

God has allowed this. I have learned to always look for a thread of God's goodness in times of suffering. It will be found!❤️‍🩹

Your prayers are being felt for this precious missionary family. CJ White is currently still in the Neurological ICU of the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

We trust the Lord for CJ’s healing and are encouraged by the care he is receiving. God’s sufficient grace is abundantly evident in the responses of Leigh Anne and all their children.

Many have asked how they can support the Whites during this time. And, as their sending church and mission board, we would like to offer a method of support for the many who have asked. We have established a designated fund to assist the Whites with medical expenses, housing needs, transportation costs, or any lifestyle adjustments that may be needed while CJ recovers.
