A little under a week away until our first Basic Necessities Bible study.

Welcome to Basic Necessities.

In life, there are certain things we simply cannot live without. We need air to breathe, water to drink, food to nourish us, and shelter to protect us. These are life’s basic necessities — without them, we weaken physically.

But just like our bodies have necessities, so do our souls.

We cannot survive spiritually without prayer.
We cannot grow without the Word of God.
We cannot stand without faith.
We cannot thrive without praise and worship.

In Matthew 4:4, Jesus reminds us, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” Just as bread feeds the body, God’s Word feeds our spirit.

This study is about getting back to the essentials — strengthening the foundations of our daily walk with Christ. Because when the basics are strong, everything else in our lives becomes stronger too.
