Our pastor Bro Donald Mahan passed this morning about 7:15. Please keep the family Sis Shelby Mahan and Sis Kristy Mahan in your prayers. The family has appreciated all the prayers of everyone over the past year since Preacher Mahan's fall.

Just a quick mention. Pastor Mahan is home. However he is still experiencing a lot of pain. Added to that therapy comes and puts him though torture.

Continue to pray for him and Sis Mahan and Sis Kristy Mahan. Sis Kristy post updates with details so keep checking her time-line as well. Your prayers are appreciated Praise The Lord for his bountiful blessings

Continue to pray for pastor Mahan. Surgery went better than expected. Pray recovery will be easy and fast. Pray that the Lord will encourage him. I hope he won't be upset that I mentioned this, but as we talked today he talked about Job. As Job I fell that Pastor is very determined to do the Lords work and the devil is doing everything he can to keep Pastor from from his desire to go forward for God. Please continue to pray for Preacher and his family in the coming weeks and months. He his family and all of us will be most thankful for all that you do. And praise God for his goodness!!

I have a very special prayer request. My dad took a bad fall early this morning. He has broken the upper part of his leg near the hip socket. He is in the hospital and is in alot of pain. At this point surgery is planned. Please be in prayer for him. Many don’t know that my dad has alot of health problems & this past year has been especially hard on him. He needs a touch from the Lord! Pray for his pain & healing and for my mom and I. Our hearts are broken for him as we can’t be with him(I hate COVID).💔

Just a little bragging on God this mornin and a bit of an announcement. Our website (https://fbcrva.org) and page has been active for many years now. We may not the traffic of Walmart or some of the big news site, but the Lord is allowing us to be a blessing to some. Our website sees between 5 and 6 thousand visitors a month (not hits - the hits are in the hundreds of thousands). Our page has 1761 likes and 1758 of those 1761 follow us. Praise the Lord!!!
