Remembering My Dad on His Birthday

Today would have been my dad’s 75th birthday. He passed away in July 2023, and while he was never really sick for most of his life, the last six months were different. It was during that time that he began writing “Before Attempting to Exercise Faith for Healing”—a reflection of his deep faith and understanding of healing.

Even though he didn’t get to finish his book, his words live on, reminding us of the power of faith and trust in God’s promises:

Here is a little excerpt:

“Before attempting to exercise faith for healing, one needs to know what the scriptures plainly teach. It is only by knowing that God promises what you are seeking, that all uncertainty can be removed, and a steadfast faith is made possible.

Until we know what God’s will is, there will be nothing to base our beliefs and confident trust upon.

If there is doubt, perfect and steadfast faith cannot exist. Until confidence and trust are exercised in both, God’s word and his character, without doubt or wavering, you may never be healed.”

This morning, I woke up with the Holy Spirit burning in me.
As I got up and went into prayer, He gave me this word.
It has been a very intense time for those behind the scenes.
We continue to seek the Lord, and walk together, committed to the end.
We will not hold anything back.
We are in VERY serious times.
As before, I share with the fear of the Lord and in obedience to His leading.

Things as you have known them are about to be turned upside down and inside out.
You will never be the same.
