Very fun time.

Sorry about the blurry photo. This awesome waterslide will be making its debut this Friday and Saturday at Perry Methodist Church. Bring the kiddos!!

-Must have sunscreen
- Must have a towel
-Must not be scared to be thrown down the slide by the pastor!

We will have Ball Park hot dogs w/ buns or without, water, popsicles, chips, some juice.

Parents, come on out and play with the kids! We'll have other activities too

Thankful for a beautiful Sunday worship with people I love.

After church I went to visit our two ladies currently residing in a nursing home. I presented our beautiful Miss Alice with one of our Perry tshirts. She loves it said she was going to wear it tonight as a pj. I also presented her with a CoA for being our oldest living member. This beautiful saint of a woman is 102 and she has been attending Perry Methodist since 1946.

It's been a month since our 150th anniversary and I'm still receiving emails from people that attended expressing gratitude for a wonderful event.

I don't know why GOD has blessed me with the opportunity to pastor this great people but I love them.

Today we celebrate the 250th birthday of our great nation. Compared to many nations around the world, we are still an infant nation. And yet, our Creator has blessed us with so much. Technology, science, medicine, education, and so forth. What began as an experiment has flourished into a world leader and model for the rest of the world.
Have we been perfect? No. Have we strayed? Yes. But we have the freedom to choose, which is denied to billions around the world. May GOD grant us the wisdom to choose wisely. To govern ourselves wisely. To look beyond politics and choose to live out the Gospel message in our earthly home. We are still learning. Still growing.
