Just an update for those who may be following us .. Yes, we are still without a minister, but worship is still happening, every Sunday at 9:30. Besides me, services are being led by Joe Kruckow of Dubois and Steve Krepp of Pittsburgh and occasionally Roger Carlson, a member here. We are still an active congregation with much to offer the Lord. Hope this answers some questions you may have. Come visit us if you get the chance.

Join us this Wednesday at 7:00 for week 4 of the Dying His death, living his Life worship series for Lent, as we marvel at the news that God allowed all our turmoil to die on the cross, so that we might live in the everlasting peace of Christ.

Join us this Wednesday, February 25th, 7:00 PM for part 2 of Dying His Death, Living His Life Lenten worship series. In this service we will recall that our arrogant pride has been buried with Christ, so that we might selflessly live for others.

Service series: Dying His death/ Living His life
About the series…
In Lent, we are reminded that we are buried with Christ in his death, so that we might live with him in his resurrection. The old is gone. The new has come. Each day provides us with a chance to die to self and live for him. In word and song in these worship services for the Holy season, think about those things that were put to death on the cross so that we might receive the blessings of new life in Christ.
ASH WEDNESDAY: Dying to Sin, Living in Forgiveness
Join us this Wednesday, as we remember that Christ enables us to daily die to our sins so that we might live a new life in him.

Ashes and Holy Communion

We will be having a Christmas Eve service here at First Lutheran Church, 331 South St. Ridgway PA, at 7:00 PM Wednesday evening. Service will have candles, carols, and Holy Communion. Come and join us, and begin your Christmas with a participation in a traditional family worship service. 🙏🙏🙏
