Because Jesus Christ is the radiance of God’s glory, the exact representation of God and thus God, superior to all prophets and angels, He has been inaugurated to the position of Great High priest through His life, death, resurrection, and exaltation by God. Jesus is to be inaugurated to the position of supremacy in the believer’s heart and life.

The Bible says, “So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.” Luke 2:6-7.

The greatest ever given was not wrapped in ribbons and bows or a neatly wrapped box. Rather, it was wrapped in swaddling clothes and laid in a manger. But just what was contained in that package, the precious body of Baby Jesus?
