So many troubled people today with no peace! Jesus throughout his ministry would repeat, "he that hath an ear, let him hear." Do you hear from God? Where do you turn to find peace? I hope not the news on TV or any media outlet that is covering the world, for you will surely discover another truth..."in the world ye shall have tribulation" John 16:33, but in that same verse, Jesus says, "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. Be of good cheer: I have overcome the world." Please hear the Lord here! Yes, there are bad, horrible, troubling things going on everyday in this world, but Jesus says He has overcome all this and we are to be of good cheer that in HIM, we would have peace. Cast your cares on Him, for He cares for you and will take care of you! May you experience the peace of Jesus from within your heart and soul this week.

We would love for you to come be with us tomorrow at Rickman First Baptist Church. We can have many opinions how we might ought to go about something, but none of those really matter unless we go about it the way the Lord commands it to be. Church traditions and personal preferences do not supersede God's commands. Discover the truth and engage it in your daily living, we'll be the better for it, and so will others around us. You are loved and you are welcome at RFBC.
