This past Sunday, we had the honor of celebrating Graduate Sunday at Richwood Church. 🎓

While we are cheering on all of the graduates in this season, we were especially proud to recognize Braylen Riffle as he concludes his high school days and steps into this next season of life. As a church family, we prayed over him, celebrated him, and thanked God for all that lies ahead.

After service, we gathered together with cake, snacks, gifts, and lots of love to celebrate this milestone. We are so thankful for the opportunity to walk alongside the next generation and speak blessing over their future.

Tonight at Richwood Church, we begin a brand-new Wednesday night Bible study going through 1 & 2 Kings

We’ll be walking through the story of power, division, prophecy, judgment, and the faithfulness of God.

What a beautiful day at Richwood Church celebrating the amazing mothers in our lives. 🌷

Pastor Brannon preached a powerful message from the life of Hannah titled “Seen By God,” reminding us that even in seasons of waiting, praying, and pouring ourselves out, God sees us fully and faithfully.

We were honored to bless all of the moms with special gifts from the church: flower pots with seeds to plant and custom handmade flower boxes crafted by Jason Rowe. Such a meaningful reminder that what is planted in faith will bloom in time. 🌱

One of the sweetest moments of the morning was our special prayer time at the end of service as Pastor Brannon prayed a blessing over every mother in the room. It was a beautiful, holy moment together.

And shoutout to the dads who held down Kidz Church today so our moms could fully receive and rest in the service. 👏

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, spiritual moms, grandmas, and women who pour out love so faithfully. You are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated. 💛

Tomorrow is Mother’s Day, and we’d love to celebrate it with you. 🌸

Come a little early for coffee, donuts, and good company before service begins. Worship starts at 10 AM, and Kidz Church will be available for the little ones. We can’t wait to honor the mothers in our lives and gather as a church family around the One who made us all.

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 7, we will be observing the National Day of Prayer here in Richwood.
Pastor Brannon been asked to lead a community prayer gathering at 12:00 PM at Richwood Park, at the Lake Pavilion. Several pastors from the Richwood Area Ministerial Association will be leading prayer as we gather to pray over our community, our region, and our nation.
We want to personally invite our Richwood Church family to join us, along with anyone from the Richwood area or surrounding COGOP churches who would like to come and pray with us.
This is not just a moment for one church. This is an opportunity for the people of God in our area to come together and seek the Lord.
