Heavenly Father, today we ask that You help us guard our tongues and choose our words wisely. Let our speech be filled with kindness, wisdom, encouragement, and truth. Help us to speak life where others speak doubt and to offer hope where others see despair. The words we speak have the power to build up, encourage, heal, and inspire others.

Lord, forgive us for the times we have spoken carelessly or allowed frustration to guide our conversations. Teach us to be slow to speak and quick to listen. Let every word we speak today bring honor to You and encouragement to others. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Since we are preparing for our dinner fundraiser on Saturday, there will be no Bible study this evening. We will return next Wednesday at 6:15pm to study the word of God

Heavenly Father, thank You for being our source of joy, even when life becomes difficult. Joy is not the absence of problems; it is the presence of God in the midst of them. Today we pray for those facing challenges, disappointments, grief, uncertainty, or hardship. Remind them that You are still working behind the scenes and that their current situation is not the end of their story.

Help us to rejoice in hope, remain patient through trials, and stay faithful in prayer. Fill our hearts with a joy that cannot be shaken by circumstances and a peace that surpasses all understanding. May we find reasons to smile, praise, and trust You today, knowing that Your goodness never fails. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your grace that has carried us through every season of our lives. Thank You for loving us even when we fall short and for providing new mercies every morning. Today, help us to grow in grace and in our knowledge of You.

Lord, teach us to extend the same grace to others that You so freely give to us. Let our words, actions, and attitudes reflect Your love and kindness. Help us to walk humbly, forgive quickly, and love deeply. May Your grace strengthen us in our weaknesses, encourage us in our struggles, and remind us that we never walk alone. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Good morning and Happy First Sunday! Today we gather to worship our Lord, partake in Holy Communion, and celebrate the goodness of God together.

"That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;" — Philippians 2:15

Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us to another Sunday morning. We are grateful for Your love, mercy, and faithfulness that sustain us each day. As we prepare our hearts for worship and Holy Communion, help us reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and the gift of salvation that we have through Him.

Lord, let us be lights in our communities, workplaces, schools, and homes. Help us to show kindness to those who are hurting, encouragement to those who are discouraged, and love to those who feel forgotten. May our lives reflect Your grace and truth in everything we do. As we gather together today, renew our strength, restore our faith, and fill us with Your presence. Let every prayer be heard, every heart be encouraged, and every life be touched by Your power. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of another day. Thank You for the blessings we recognize and even those we often overlook. Thank You for Your protection, provision, mercy, and grace. Teach us to focus on Your faithfulness rather than our frustrations. Let us find contentment in knowing that You are enough and that Your plans for us are good. May our gratitude become a testimony to others of Your goodness and faithfulness. Help us to celebrate the blessings of today while trusting You for tomorrow. In Jesus name, Amen.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the plans and opportunities You have prepared for us. Sometimes new beginnings can feel intimidating, but today we choose faith over fear. Give us the courage to step outside our comfort zones and trust You completely.

Lord, strengthen those who are pursuing new careers, educational goals, ministries, businesses, and life transitions. Help us not to be discouraged by obstacles or setbacks, but to remain steadfast in faith. Remind us that when You open a door, no one can shut it. Give us boldness to pursue Your purpose and confidence to walk in the calling You have placed upon our lives. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of family. Today we lift up our families before You and ask for Your hand to rest upon every home represented. Strengthen marriages, restore broken relationships, and bring healing where there has been hurt, misunderstanding, or division. Lord, teach us to love one another with patience, kindness, forgiveness, and grace. Help us to speak words that build up rather than tear down. Let our homes be filled with peace, joy, respect, and Your presence. We pray for prodigal sons and daughters, strained relationships, and loved ones who may be distant. Draw families closer together and closer to You. Let Your love be the foundation upon which our relationships are built. In Jesus' name, Amen.
