Crosspoint launch May 1st, 2016...a task that could only be started and continued through God. Saturday (May 2) we celebrated the 10year anniversary of Crosspoint. This was not a celebration of what Crosspoint has done, but a time of being able to joyfully say..."Look at what God has done!!" Psalm 96:3

As we look forward to the next year, 5yrs, 10yrs, of not what Crosspoint is doing, but what God is doing and will do. We invite you to join us in prayer and activity as we seek To know God and make Him known among the nations.

Nothing in your life is there by accident. Just as God strategically placed the Levites throughout Israel to teach His law and remind people of His promises, He has strategically placed YOU exactly where you are—in your neighborhood, your workplace, your community.

Here's the beautiful truth from Joshua 21: "None of the good promises the Lord had made to the house of Israel failed. Everything was fulfilled." In moments of discouragement, overwhelm, or uncertainty, remember that God pays attention to the details of YOUR life. He's given you everything you need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3).

Your home isn't just a house—it's a strategic location. Your job isn't just a paycheck—it's a mission field. The people around you aren't there by chance—they're divine appointments. The question isn't whether God is faithful, but whether we'll recognize His faithfulness and share it with those around us. Who needs to hear about God's fulfilled promises in your life today?

When you move into a new home, understanding the property lines isn't a limitation—it's a blessing that brings clarity and purpose. The same is true for the boundaries God sets in our lives.

This week we explored Joshua 15 and discovered that God's boundaries aren't restrictions, but reflections of His faithfulness. Just as He carefully defined the inheritance for the tribe of Judah, He has established boundaries in our lives that define our identity and encourage responsibility. We are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation—God's special possession (1 Peter 2:9).

The question isn't whether we have boundaries, but how we're stewarding what God has entrusted to us. Are we living in the full territory He's given, or have we built our own fences within His boundaries? Are we embracing our identity in Christ or listening to the world's ever-changing definitions? God's boundaries are designed for our good and His glory—let's live fully within them.

Elders and wives are spending January meeting and praying together. As we meet and pray together we are also seeking the Lord to help strengthen our prayer life.
We are excited for what the Lord has in store for 2026.

What does it mean to have a faith that truly endures? In this week's message, we explored the remarkable story of Caleb from Joshua 14—a man who waited 45 years for God's promise and never wavered.

At 85 years old, Caleb declared, "I am still as strong today as I was the day Moses sent me out." His secret? An undivided mind focused on God's faithfulness, not the obstacles before him. While others saw giants, Caleb saw God's promises. The difference wasn't optimism—it was remembering who God is and what He had already done.

Here's the challenge for us: When we look back at our lives, do we see shame and failure, or do we see God's faithfulness leading us through? Caleb's persistence came from one place—spending time with the Lord regularly and trusting His character completely.

Just as Caleb of the tribe of Judah received his inheritance, Jesus—also from Judah—secured our eternal inheritance through His death and resurrection. That's a faith worth holding onto.

Good things come in small packages—including the five verses from Joshua 14:1-5 we explored this past Sunday! In this brief passage, we discovered powerful truths about godly leadership, obedient faith, and claiming our inheritance in Christ.

Just as Joshua, Eleazar, and the tribal leaders followed God's clear instructions to fairly distribute the Promised Land, we're called to follow the directions God has given us in Scripture. The Israelites cast lots to ensure impartial judgment, but today we have something even better—the indwelling Holy Spirit and the complete Word of God to guide our decisions.

Here's a challenging question as we head into 2026: Are you reading the instructions? God's Word contains the directions for receiving our eternal inheritance. And just like Crosspoint needs faithful servants to step into leadership as deacons and elders, God is calling each of us to play our part in His kingdom work. This isn't a game—it's about following the rules that lead to abundant and eternal life.

Are you satisfied with where you are in your faith journey, or is God calling you to more?

This Sunday, we explored Joshua 13 and discovered that God's promises extend beyond today. Like Israel, we can become comfortable with our victories and stop short of all God has for us. But satisfaction doesn't mean completion of the mission. There's still land to possess, battles to fight, and lives to reach.

The question isn't whether we're tired or worn out—it's whether we'll continue doing what God has called us to do. Our neighborhoods, families, and coworkers are waiting to hear the gospel. How will they hear unless we go? God has already conquered the gates of hell and opened the gates of heaven through Christ. Now He's asking us to embrace His promises, even when they seem delayed, and keep moving forward with joy and purpose.

What will you do with the mission God has given you?

What if the battles you're facing today aren't meant to be fought in your own strength?

This past Sunday we looked at Joshua 10 and discovered something powerful: when the Gibeonites faced an impossible coalition of five armies, they didn't rely on their warrior skills or military strategy. Instead, they called on Israel—and ultimately on God—because they had witnessed His power.

Here's what struck me: we often look at obstacles and immediately ask "How can I solve this?" But the Gibeonites saw the impossible and said "God's power is greater than this."

The most remarkable moment? Joshua prayed for the sun to stand still—not for personal gain, but to advance God's plan. And God answered. Whether we can explain it scientifically or not doesn't matter. God did it.

Augustine said it well: "Pray as though everything depends on God and work as though everything depends on you."

So what's standing between you and God's purpose for your life? Have you turned to Him in prayer? Have you asked for help? Are you depending on His power or trying to figure it all out yourself?

The ultimate truth is this: the victory that matters most was already won on the cross and revealed in the empty tomb. Every battle we face now is fought in light of that total victory.

Let's rejoice in the small victories God gives us, depend on His power for the battles ahead, and remember—His plan is greater than any opposition we face.
