And putting the two together. Our service is followed by a small lunch. Is God real? Does he care about me? Is church relevant anymore?

We gather on Sundays at 10:30 am for coffee and contemporary worship at 11 in the Multi-Ministry Building, behind the First United Methodist Main Building. Why am I never satisfied with life? Why am I lonely? If you ever struggle with questions like these, then the Thrive community is for you. Thrive is a casual gathering with God, food and community. We ask questions that matter. You are welcome here – no matter what!

Students, teachers, administrators, learners of all ages-

Bring whatever you carry your supplies in (ie. backpack, bag, brief case, etc.) and join us this week at either the 9:30 am or Thrive (11:00 am).

We will take time to celebrate and pray over all the things that's being carried into the new school year!

Reminder! Please remember to register for our on-boarding session on July 24th. In order to attend, you MUST RSVP BY JULY 21st to the church office. You can call or email the church office or turn in a registration form.

This will be your opportunity to learn more about Pastor Eric, and for him to learn more about us. It will be held Thursday, July 24th, 5:00 - 8:30 in our Fellowship Hall. Meal and Childcare provided.

Exciting News! Pastor Eric Espada will deliver his first sermon this Sunday during both services. Come greet him if you can.
Additionally, you will have an opportunity to learn about Pastor Eric
through a special gathering called "On-Boarding". Through this gathering we will learn how, together, we will build mutual trust, shared values and shared hopes for the future of our Church. The gathering will be facilitated by Tami Coleman, Chief Ministry Officer - KY Conference. It will be held Thursday, July 24th, 5:00 - 8:30 in our Fellowship Hall. Meal and Childcare provided. In order to attend, you MUST RSVP BY JULY 21st to the church office.

Pastor Bruce is retiring at the end of this month and will be in the pulpit only 2 more Sundays! If you can make it to one of our services, please stop by and wish him well.

This Sunday, June 15 we will have two services. 9:30 traditional service in the sanctuary and 11:00 Thrive service in the MMC Gym.

On June 22 we will have one Unity Service at 10:30 in the Sanctuary. After this service is over, we will transition to the MMC Gym for a potluck meal. This will be a great opportunity to speak with Bruce and wish him a happy and well-deserved retirement!

With the recent tornadoes in the Somerset and London areas, many of you may be asking: “How can I help?”
Here are four ways you can respond:
1. Pray
Your prayers are deeply appreciated—for the survivors and their families, for first responders, and for all who are stepping up to help with cleanup and recovery.
2. Donate
Financial contributions make a critical impact. You can give to:

Help is urgently needed in the affected areas. You do not need to be Early Response Team (ERT) certified to join a cleanup effort—you will be partnered with trained ERT members on site.

Then on Sunday, come celebrate with us the Risen Christ! Sunrise service at 7 am in the MMC Chapel, 10 am Service in the Sanctuary and Thrive 11 am Service in the MMC Gym.
