It's with a heart filled with sorrow that I share with you the passing of our friend the Rev. Dr. Nancy Moore. Nancy was formerly the Associate Pastor of Patterson Baptist Church. She died this past Friday morning. John is doing well and the family is doing well, though they, as are we, are still suffering with shock and sorrow.

We grieve the passing of Dr. Elmer West, who died peacefully in his sleep this past Friday, Novembe 17, 2023 at age 101.

Elmer was the pastor of Calvary Baptist Church at the time of its merger with Park View Baptist.

Arrangements have not yet been finalized.

"Final arrangements have been made for our mom’s memorial service. We will be having a celebration of her life on Friday July 1 at North Run Baptist Church , 2100 Lydell Rd, Henrico 23228. Visitation from 12-1 with service beginning at 1:00."
