"Discovering the Divine" is a community dedicated to seeking answers to the questions and challenges of life from God's word -- the Bible. What about evil?

Many people have questions about the word of
God. What does the Bible say about ________? How does that truth apply to me? Injustice? Why are there so many different churches? What must I do to be saved? How can I know God's will? How do I deal with difficulty? The list of questions is as varied as the circumstances of our lives. But there are answers to those questions; there is truth to anchor

us in trouble and guide us toward triumph (Jn. 17:17).

We are living in tense, tumultuous, and challenging times. How does the disciple of Christ respond? We work to create in our spaces the justice, fairness, and righteousness heaven desires (Matt. 6:10). At the same time, we don’t focus so much on the temporary that we lose sight of the eternal. Amen. And amen.
