First and foremost, let's remember that leadership in the church is a calling from above. It is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our congregation and to glorify God through our actions. So, embrace this calling with humility and a heart full of love.

As new leaders, it's important to seek wisdom and guidance from those who have gone before us. Let's learn from the experienced leaders and mentors within our church community. They have valuable insights and experiences that can shape us into effective leaders.
