Conditions ideal for a 20-mile Saturday morning Cap Trail run …. Dorey Park thru the Malvern Heights out to bamboo hill just over the Charles City line.

Force was strong with the energetic Chain Reaction crew as members cheered on the “Step Up for Down Syndrome 5k” participants at the group’s 20th annual fund-raiser and celebration of family. Thanks and prayers to all the organizers and attendees of this incredible event.

Great pace on a ride testing new bikes, a half-time devotional on identifying those around us in need and late lunch at go-to eatery Bottoms Up Pizza in Shockoe. Glorious day.

What a lovely day in the BABC library! The Open House welcomed in new and old patrons for refreshments, browsing, and some checkouts. Several folks were added into the library’s system to allow for the checking out of books, DVDs, Bible study kits, and devotionals. BABC is blessed with a true gem of a library with something for all ages. The library team is hoping today’s successful event encourages an increased use of this wonderful facility. We are excited to dream of what the future may bring.

Levi’s Pumpkin Patch on Qualla Road was the epicenter for Fall fun Saturday morning.

Youngsters from Suburban Village and a host of Bon Air Baptist volunteers enjoyed pumpkin decorating, games, barrel rides, snacks and fellowship at this awesome Chesterfield holiday gem.

Thanks to all who make this BABC outreach so special and powerful. Stay tuned for more opportunities to help out.
