Is It Your Time?
“Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?”
Esther 4:14, NLT

Share:
Saints of God, God is looking for some Esthers today. She was a Jewish orphan living in exile in Persia whom God raised up out of obscurity to become the queen. When a decree was made that on a certain date all the Israelites were to be annihilated, Esther, against court protocol, went into the king’s chamber unannounced. That was forbidden, and unless she was granted the king’s favor, she could be put to death. Her attitude was: “I’ve been raised up for such a time as this, and I cannot shrink back in fear. If I perish, I perish.” Because Esther stepped into the unknown by faith, the king changed the decree and the Israelites were saved.

Perhaps you’re facing a problem with huge consequences. You’ll be tempted to shrink back, let fear and intimidation convince you to play it safe. But God wants to show Himself strong through your life. You are where you are for just such a time as this. God will do what only He can do when you activate your faith and step forward. Arise and take the first step.

Prayer For Today
“Father, thank You for all You have done in my life and for every opportunity to step forward by faith and make a difference in the lives of others. Help me to be more aware of the people and needs around me and to be bold to use my gifts and talents to help others. Show Yourself strong through me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

What Really Matters
“Ignore insignificant insults or losses and do not bother to retaliate—maintain your dignity.”
Luke 6:29, AMP

Share:
Saints of God, The enemy would love to get us so distracted that we start fighting battles that don’t matter. You don’t have time to waste responding to people who throw insults at you, who are never going to be for you, who are determined to misunderstand you. They don’t like the favor on your life. They don’t like the fact that you’re happy, you’re blessed, you’re successful. Don’t spend your valuable time trying to retaliate. The enemy wouldn’t be having them trying to tear down your dignity if he didn’t know you were a world changer, a history maker, a giant killer. Ignore the insults. Don’t read the negative comments. Don’t dwell on what they say. Leave it alone. If you try to straighten everyone out and convince every critic to change their mind, to make them like you, you won’t have the energy, the strength, the creativity, and the anointing to do what God has called you to do. Let God deal with them. Life is too short, your time too valuable, and your assignment too important to spend it on things that don’t matter.

Prayer For Today
“Father, thank You that You are always greater than any difficulty I will ever face. Give me the wisdom to discern and ignore anything that is just an insignificant insult or distraction to get me off track. I believe that You are going to help me focus on what really matters. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Your Journey Will Be a Success
“He replied, ‘The LORD, before whom I have walked faithfully, will send his angel with you and make your journey a success.’”
Genesis 24:40, NIV

Share:
Saints of God, Abraham was living in the land of Canaan. He told his main assistant to travel to his homeland, which was four hundred miles away, and find a wife for his son Isaac. You can imagine the pressure on this man. But Abraham reassured him, “The Lord my God will send His angel ahead of you, and he will see to it that you find the right wife for my son.” Abraham believed that God had already arranged for the right young lady for his son. When this man arrived where Abraham’s brother had settled, the first young lady who showed up was a divine connection. Her name was Rebekah. She became Isaac’s wife.

It’s easy to go through life worried about how something is going to work out. You don’t see anything happening. How will you meet the right person? No, stay in peace. God is going before you right now. He’s already sent the angel ahead of you, lining up the right people, the good breaks, the healing. Now do your part and have faith. The right people are going to be waiting for you.

Prayer For Today
“Father, thank You that Your hand has been upon my life in so many ways. Thank You for the countless things You have made happen for my good that I could never make happen. I believe You are protecting me and will make my journey a success. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

What’s the Key to Their Heart?
02/01/2026

“Someone's thoughts may be as deep as the ocean, but if you are smart, you will discover them.” Proverbs 20:5 (CEV)

Do you need more confidence in sharing the hope you have in Jesus? Today’s confidence builder is this: You can help lead anyone to Jesus if you’ll just listen for the key to their heart.

What is the key to someone’s heart? It’s their hidden hurt or unmet need.

We all have secrets in our lives, things we don’t want other people to know about. The Living Bible paraphrase says, “Yes, all have sinned; all fall short of God’s glorious ideal” (Romans 3:23). But when you’re able to discern a person’s struggles by listening to their heart, you’ve just discovered how to lead them to Jesus.

The Bible says, “Someone’s thoughts may be as deep as the ocean, but if you are smart, you will discover them” (Proverbs 20:5 CEV).

Keep in mind, there’s only one way to God the Father, and that is through Jesus Christ. Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6 NIV). But there are many reasons people come to Jesus.

Some people come to Jesus for a miracle or to get a question answered. Some come out of loneliness, guilt, or fear. Others are looking for purpose in life, while others are in the middle of a relational or financial crisis.

There are a thousand different reasons people are drawn to God. Stress, pain, and suffering always have a way of getting your attention.

Whatever the reason, don’t waste any opportunity to show people that all their answers and longings are found and fulfilled in Jesus.

If you want to reach a particular person for the Lord, find the key to their heart by opening up a life-changing conversation with them.

Feed Your Faith
So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Romans 10:17, NKJV

Share:
Saints of God, You get to choose what grows in your life. What you’re feeding is getting stronger. If you’re feeding doubt, thinking about what you can’t do, how the obstacles are too big, how you’re at a disadvantage, that doubt is growing. If you’re feeding fear, thinking about if you get laid off or sick, that fear is getting stronger. Sometimes we’re feeding insecurity, thinking we’re not attractive, not that talented, don’t have a good personality. Then we wonder why we don’t have much confidence and don’t feel valuable. It’s because we’re feeding the wrong things.

Pay attention to what you’re feeding. We all have doubt, fear, insecurity, and guilt, but we also have faith, hope, confidence, value, and victory. Only feed what you want to grow. You feed your faith and hope by letting the Word of God dwell in you richly, by spending time reading and studying it. Starve your doubts and feed your faith. Starve the discouragement and feed your hope. Starve the inferiority and feed your confidence. You’ll be amazed at what happens if you quit giving life to the negative and start feeding the positive.

Prayer For Today
“Father, thank You that I can let Your Word dwell richly in me, that I can feed on truth. Thank You that believing what You say is growing me up and defeating the doubts, the fears, and the insecurities that limit me. I declare I will keep feeding my faith and starving my doubts. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

The Joy of the Lord
“The joy of the LORD is your strength.”
Nehemiah 8:10, NIV

Share:
Saints of God, We all go through disappointments and unfair things. When you’re dealing with an illness, raising a difficult child, or going through a stressful season at work, it’s easy to get discouraged and let the pressures of life weigh you down to where you live with a heaviness that sours your attitude. We think, “Once I get through this, I’ll be happy again and have a good attitude.” But the Scripture says that the joy of the Lord is your strength. Joy is the inner strength that comes from God breathing on your life, sustaining you, empowering you, and causing you to overcome.

That’s why the enemy is out to steal your joy. He knows that if you’ve lost your passion and joy, and everything’s heavy, you won’t be able to stand strong and outlast the opposition or life’s pressures and frustrations. If he can keep you discouraged, upset over who did you wrong, burdened down by a medical report, he’ll be able to keep you defeated. You’re waiting for God to change things, but God is saying, “If you get your joy back, strength will come.”

Prayer For Today
“Father, thank You that though I face challenges and obstacles today, I can still walk in the fullness of joy. Thank You that no matter what happens to me, You inhabit my praises with Your presence. I receive Your joy as my strength to rise up and overcome the tough times. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Through the Dark Valley
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
Psalm 23:4, ESV

Share:
Saints of God, Some days feel very dark and can be frightening. News reports of accidents, violent crimes, wars, viruses, and inflation shake us to the core and strike fear and uncertainty. There are enemy forces that would love for us to shrink back and change—from peaceful to panic, from trusting to troubled, from knowing that God is on the throne to fearing what lies ahead.

As David said, we all will face some dark valleys, some shadowy days when someone does us wrong and walks away, or a medical report is not good, or a child goes off course. But when fear knocks, you have to answer with faith as he did. David dared to declare, “When darkness comes, I will not give in to a spirit of fear and let it change who I am. I’m walking through this valley and not stopping here.” He refused to get stuck in anxiety and stress, letting negative images play in his mind, rehearsing disappointments, hurts, and heartaches. Those images may come, but you can’t let them keep playing. You have to switch over into faith.

Prayer For Today
“Father, thank You that when I walk through dark valleys and adversities, You walk with me, and I have no reason to be afraid or worried. Thank You that You are my Good Shepherd and I can answer any fear with faith. I declare that I am walking through the valley and not stopping here. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Today's Scripture
“…for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”
Luke 19:10, NKJV

Get the Real You Back
Saints of God, life has a way of changing us. At one time we were outgoing, excited about our dreams, grateful for our family, positive and hopeful. Then life happens. We go through a disappointment and lose a little joy and confidence. We make mistakes and lose a little sense of value. People do us wrong and we lose a little passion. Eventually, we look in the mirror and think, “I’ve lost myself. I don’t even recognize who I am.”

You may feel like you’ve lost yourself, but the good news is, you can find yourself. You can go back to who God made you to be. The real you is still there—the joyful you, the passionate you, the confident you, the caring you. One reason Jesus came was to recover what was lost or stolen, to heal what was broken, to give you beauty for ashes, joy for mourning. What you’ve lost is coming back. God is about to do a new thing. He’s going to breathe on you with new life, new passion, and new vision. Stir your faith up. Start believing and hoping again.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that in Your heart is a constant purpose to seek and save people like me. Thank You that You see what I’ve lost and You have the power to restore what has been broken. I believe that You are breathing on me with new life and bringing back the real me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

In the Middle of a Miracle
For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow.
James 1:3, NLT

Share:
Saints of God, When we think of miracles, we think of when God suddenly turns things around. Jesus touched the blind man, and his eyes were opened. Moses held up his staff, and the Red Sea parted. But not all miracles are instantaneous. Sometimes we’re praying and believing, but our health isn’t improving or our dream isn’t coming to pass. You may think, “God, why aren’t You doing something?” You don’t realize that God is sustaining you, pushing back forces of darkness, keeping you from getting discouraged and giving up. You’re in the middle of a miracle, but you can’t always see it. It’s the miracle of endurance. One day you’ll look back and think, “How did I make it through that season when I didn’t think I had the strength to go on?” God didn’t deliver you from it, but He gave you the grace to go through it. Without His hand of protection, favor, and blessing, you wouldn’t be where you are. We love instantaneous miracles, but it’s no less of a miracle when God takes you through what should have taken you out.

Prayer For Today
“Father, thank You that no matter what the circumstances are around me, I can be still and know that You are God right at this moment. Thank You that if I am in the middle right now, You will bring me through to my miracle. I declare that I am going to triumph in Christ. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Today's Scripture
“What do you people mean by quoting this proverb about the land of Israel: ‘The parents eat sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge’? As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, you will no longer quote this proverb in Israel.”
Ezekiel 18:2–3, NIV

No More Sour Grapes
Saints of God, the people God spoke to through the prophet Ezekiel believed that because the parents had addictions or the grandparents were depressed and lived with lack, the children were going to struggle with the same problems. They just accepted that generational problems were passed down and nothing could be done about it. But God said, “Why are you using the excuse that your problems came from your parents, the mistakes they made, or how they raised you? As long as I live, you are not bound by the negatives that were passed down to you.” People in your family line may have eaten the sour grapes, put you at a disadvantage, and passed along hardships that you didn’t choose, but God is about to remove what’s holding you back.

When Jesus declared, “It is finished,” on the cross, that included any generational baggage you inherited. Chains are breaking. God is putting an end to it, once and for all. There’s about to be generational breakthroughs, blessings, freedom, abundance, and joy—not just for you, but for your children and grandchildren. Rise up and say, “Today it ends.”

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that I don’t have to be defined by my family’s past, by dysfunctions or limitations that were passed down to me. Thank You that I can take a stand and remove anything that is holding me back. I declare that I will be the difference maker who rises up to put it to an end. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

What Do You See?
Then the LORD answered me, “Write the vision. Make it clear on tablets so that anyone can read it quickly.”
Habakkuk 2:2, GW

Share:
Saints of God, We all have dreams we want to accomplish and promises God has put in our hearts. We’re praying, believing, standing in faith, but there’s another important step. The Scripture says to “write the vision” or “write what you see.” When you close your eyes, what do you see? What has God whispered in your spirit? Maybe it’s to start a business, to see your health turn around, to move into a new neighborhood. It’s not enough to just hope it happens. When you write it down, you give it permission to come to pass.

God says to make the vision so clear that “you can read it on the run.” That means to have the vision in front of you all through the day. Put it on your bathroom mirror, on your phone, your computer at work, your refrigerator. When you constantly see what you’re believing for, it’s getting down in your spirit. Every time you see it, say under your breath, “Lord, thank You for bringing it to pass.” As you see that vision over and over, it will fuel your faith.

Prayer For Today
“Father, thank You for the promises and dreams You have spoken to my spirit. Thank You that I can write down what I see and give it permission to come to pass. I believe that as I see that vision over and over again, it is getting into my spirit and fueling my faith. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Speak Faith Out Loud

Psalm 91:2
**“I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust.’”**

There’s a quiet power in simply *saying* what you believe about God. Psalm 91:2 isn’t just a declaration—it’s a decision. The psalmist chooses to speak faith out loud, even before circumstances change. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is open your mouth and remind your soul who God is.

A **refuge** is where you run when life gets overwhelming. A **fortress** is where you stand when life tries to knock you down. God is both. He covers you when you’re weary and strengthens you when you’re weak. He shelters you from what you can’t handle and empowers you to face what you must.

Notice the personal tone: *“My God… in Him I will trust.”*
Not “I might trust.”
Not “I’ll trust if things work out.”
But **“I will trust.”**

Trust is not a feeling—it’s a posture. It’s choosing to lean on God when your emotions are shaky, your plans are uncertain, and your strength is limited. It’s choosing to believe that God is not only able, but willing; not only powerful, but present.

Today, let this verse become your confession. Speak it over your home, your health, your family, your ministry, your decisions. The more you declare who God is, the more your heart aligns with His peace.

---

**Prayer**
Father, thank You for being my refuge when I’m overwhelmed and my fortress when I feel under attack. Strengthen my trust in You today. Help me to rest in Your protection and walk in Your confidence. I choose to say of You, “You are my God, and in You I will trust.” Amen.
