After many years of trying to faithfully post a daily thought with scripture today will be my last. I have only wanted to share what God led me 2 that day. And, that's what He does leads us because, he Loves us. We just have to love God enough to follow Him. Today, I choose 2 trust in him and know he is my everything because without him I AM NOTHING. Elder Alston used to preach and teach to just Hold On! "Let NOTHING come between you and, your SOUL Salvation." Nothing…. Not even MAN.
Bishop & SE Daniels taught me about LOVE, what it means to love somebody until that person could learn to love themselves! And I learned from Elder Bennett, God is not the AUTHOR OF CONFUSION

I have to do what's pleasing in the eyesight of GOD, not man. He will and, has directed my path. I've did these posts mostly for myself, to help me on my journey, However, if in all these years anything I shared, was able to help someone else better yet, LIFT someone else up than that's a blessing and, Gods will was truly done.

My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.
Proverbs 3:1-2
It is wise to trust and follow the Lord. Not only can we avoid destruction, but we are promised a long and healthy life. Sin brings consequences--the most obvious being death. But obedience to God’s commandments brings peace in your life even when the storms of life are raging.

Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord , the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Isaiah 40:28-29
God is eternal. He has unlimited power. His supply of strength is limitless. He blesses and shares his grace without growing tired. Most importantly, he longs to share his power and grace with us daily.

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
James 4:7
The more we allow sin to enter our lives, the more enticements to sin we seem to encounter.Yet,if we firmly and consistently resist sin, the stronger our resolve becomes. Sin becomes less attractive. Holiness becomes more desirable.
When Jesus rejected Satan in the wilderness the devil left in a huff. He didn’t leave for good, and he didn’t give up his diabolical fight. But Satan did get a small taste of his ultimate defeat and humiliation, which is the same thing he gets whenever we rebuke him, as well.

Luke 12:22-24
Even though we are in a world full of disappointment and frustration, Jesus reminded us never to worry about anything. God is ready to take care daily of everything we need. He will help us to survive in the most difficult situations.Also know that life is worth more than all those material things, what we should consider and take to action first is seeking God’s kingdom.In whatever you do today, lay aside your worries and put God first then you will see that everything you need will come to you because faithful is He who has promised, He will never leave you.

Bad manners, rudeness, coarseness, vulgarity, and a lack of respect are rampant in the world today.It doesn’t take a lot of effort to be considerate of others, courtesy comes from our hearts instead of our heads. We only need to be gracious and civil. If our actions do not match our words, then our efforts will be in vain.Every day we are presented with situations that allow us to be courteous to others. A simple acknowledgment to each person we meet even if it is only with eye contact, a nod or smile is a step in pursuing kindness for life. Be sincere and genuine. Our efforts must be honest and heartfelt as we create pleasant and agreeable experiences for everyone who interacts with you.

The earth is the Lord's , and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
Psalms 24:1
All the Earth is the Lord’s. He knows how many stars are in the Heavens, how many clouds fill the skies, and He also knows you too! Nothing that happens in our world comes as a surprise to the Lord. When we feel unsure about the future, be reminded that God cares for this world, and He will take care of you and me.

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
Galatians 6:1
Each one of us has a God given mission on this earth. Sometimes we stumble and are deterred from this mission because we allow sin to get in the way. Fortunately, we are not alone, God has blessed us with other believers to help us along the way. It is very important we humbly help others when they fall off track. Which is exactly what God wants from us, to help others get back to their mission.

Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
Isaiah 55:6
God has blessed us with a new day. Worship Him today. We are not promised tomorrow. There is an obituary column in the newspaper everyday. Many of those named probably thought they had plenty of time to serve God later on. Isaiah tells us to seek the Lord while he may be found and to call on Him while He is near. Don't put off serving God. Don't wait until it is too late to pray. Don't wait until it is too late and hear Him say, "I never knew you".
