We believe in God the Father as the Supreme Being, who is Creator of the Universe and all who dwell in it; we believe in His only begotten son, Jesus, as the Christ, the Lord, and the Saviour; and we believe in the Holy Spirit as our comforter, teacher, and guide. It is given to us from God through belief in His only begotten son, Jesus (Acts. 4:12). By the shedding of His blood, redemption from a spiritual death is freely offered to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour (John 3:16-17, Rom. 1:16). It was created by God at the beginning of time, and remains a covenant between God and His people. The Sabbath was taught and observed by Jesus and His disciples (Gen. 2:2-3, Ex. 20:10, Luke 14:16, Isaiah 58:13-14).
