New Generation Church RVA

Family, we’re moving FORWARD!

We’re staying locked in on what God is doing in this season. Whether you’re new to faith or have been walking with Jesus for years, there’s always more room to grow, mature, and move forward in Him. As Philippians 3:13–14 reminds us, we press on toward what lies ahead!

We’re also in our Homecoming Szn, and this Sunday is NG T-Shirt Sunday! Wear a New Generation Church T-shirt or colors, and come ready to worship, connect, and grow together!

One Church. One Vision. One Mission. Together.

And remember: Each One, Reach One. Who can you invite to experience God with us this Sunday? Reach out to a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor. There’s room for them here!

Let’s keep moving FORWARD, together. We’ll see you Sunday!

FORWARD ⏩ | Don’t Look Back

Based on Genesis 19:15–26, we were reminded that moving forward is not just about activity, but direction, obedience, and keeping pace with Heaven.

Don’t allow the past, old successes, or what you’re used to keep you enslaved. Trust God with your future, let Him heal what’s behind you, and keep moving forward in obedience. Your life is not defined by your production, but by your obedience to God. We walk together!

After service, we continued our Homecoming celebration with NG Field Day: Indoor Edition! From fellowship to family fun, we had such an amazing time building community and making memories together!

The Message is Available on YouTube!

NG FIELD DAY IS THIS SUNDAY!

Homecoming szn is still in full effect, and we’re continuing to celebrate ALL that God has done and is doing at NG! We’ve celebrated, we’ve worshiped, and now it’s time to fellowship, have some fun, and build community!

NG Field Day is THIS SUNDAY, and we can’t wait to see you there! Get ready for fun, laughter, games, and quality time with your church family!

FIELD DAY REMINDERS!

1. Sign the waiver! Make sure you complete the waiver for yourself and your family.

2. Dress comfortably! Wear comfortable clothes to church and bring an extra change of clothes so you’re ready for the fun!

3. Bring your water bottle! Stay hydrated and keep that energy up!

4. Weather permitting! We plan to enjoy Field Day outdoors, but if the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the fun indoors!

5. Don’t rush off after service! Stick around, connect with someone new, laugh a little, and build meaningful relationships. Church is more than a Sunday service—it’s COMMUNITY!

Bring the family, bring your energy, and come ready to have a GOOD TIME!

FORWARD. ⏩

Philippians 3:13

Yesterday at church, Apostle Mike reminded us of where we’ve been and continued the story from January to now: the Lord is moving us forward!

Family, are we excited to move forward? Forgetting those things which are behind and pressing toward what’s ahead! We pray that there would be a press in your spirit—not just this week, but as we finish out this year. That we would keep pressing into the Lord, trusting Him, following Him, and moving forward in everything He has for us.

And yesterday was Youth Takeover! A special shoutout to Derrick Cheatham-Green for delivering such a powerful word to our youth about being blessed, being BLESSED!

We love seeing our next generation grow, worship, and hear the Word of God! Let’s PRESS!
