This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating and honoring the men who lead their families, stand in the gap, and leave a godly legacy for generations to come. This weekend we are celebrating all fathers and all men!

Join us on Saturday, June 20th for our Man Up Men’s Gathering at 1700 Blair Street for a time of fellowship and games! Then, join us on Sunday, June 21st at New Generation Church Hopewell and/or RVA for a powerful Father’s Day Celebration with our very own Apostle Mike at Hopewell & featuring special guest speaker, Bishop James “Jai” Watson at RVA!

This week, we kicked off our Legacy series with a powerful reminder from Hebrews 13:8:

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”

Legacy is not simply what we leave behind, it’s what continues because of the prayers, obedience, sacrifices, and decisions we make today.

This week, take time to have a conversation about your family’s future, pray for the next generation, and make one intentional decision that will outlive you.

Your life is temporary on Earth. Your legacy can impact generations.

Wednesday Word: Be a Moment Maker 🔥

Everywhere you go, you have an opportunity to create a moment that points people to Jesus. A smile. An encouragement. A prayer. A conversation. An act of obedience.

Don’t just pass through your day, partner with God in it.

Someone’s breakthrough, hope, healing, or encounter with Jesus may be on the other side of your willingness to be present and available.

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16

Today, be intentional. Be available. Be a moment maker for Jesus.

HONORING MEN.

This month, and everyday, we honor the men—fathers, sons, brothers, mentors, and spiritual leaders. Take a moment to thank God for a man in your life who has led, covered, sacrificed, or simply stayed faithful.

Men are called to stand as intercessors and leaders, shaping homes and generations through prayer, integrity, and love. Young men are not overlooked, God is raising them into strength, wisdom, and purpose.

“A righteous man who walks in his integrity—blessed are his children after him.” — Proverbs 20:7

Lord, strengthen every man. Heal what is broken, restore what is weary, and deepen their walk with You. Let their lives carry a legacy of faith, sacrifice, and leadership that points others to Christ. Amen.

This Sunday, we were challenged to stop living for tomorrow and start living for forever knowing that Jesus Christ is the same today, yesterday and forever. Hebrews 13:8

You are not living for yourself.
You are not living for tomorrow.
You are living for forever.
