On Sunday, June 7, we'll be celebrating Paula Cadden! After 31 dedicated years as Trinity's Office Administrator, she will be retiring at the end of June. You're invited to join us for 10am worship, and immediately following the service, we will join in the Welcome Center for a reception and celebration. A note about the Trinity Playground:

Beginning Friday, June 5, a project designed to make improvements to our church property will begin.
Unfortunately, this work will limit access to the playground.

On Friday, a fence crew will temporarily remove fencing on the west side of the playground. Saturday, June 6, a tree company will be here to remove some trees on the playground. Once this work is completed, at some point after June 10, a paving company will remove the buckled asphalt surface in the half circle drive outside the playground. Following this removal, this half circle area will be repaved.

The playground will be shutdown entirely on Saturday, June 6, and access beyond June 6 will be determined by contractor scheduling.

Did you know the Pastor Brian is the Tech Director of the Annual Conference?! Today was a walk-through on site, and we’re getting excited for this annual gathering of 2,000+ Virginia clergy and laity!

Yesterday, Trinity did an incredible thing! For the last month, our United Women in Faith have led a congregation-wide “Kits for Conference” collection. These kits will go to UMCOR - United Methodist Committee On Relief for distribution. We packed feminine hygiene kits - and exceed our 250 kit goal!

Pastor Brian blessed the kits and those who will receive them during worship, and all 250+ kits were packed in 20 minutes by dozens of volunteers of all ages. Great work, Trinity!

A big thanks to Kip Robinson for coming earlier this month to the United Women in Faith May Banquet! They enjoyed a delicious lunch of grilled chicken and sides before Kip's presentation on UMCOR Disaster Relief efforts.

The UWF also led a church-wide UMCOR Kits for Conference initiative. During worship this Sunday, we will dedicate the items for these kits, and after worship, we will pack them in Trinity Hall. Make sure to plan to stay for a few extra minutes to assist! Thank you, UWF!
