The Prophet (salallāhu ‘alaihi wasallam) said regarding the Dhikr of the Day of ‘Arafah:

خَيْرُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ وَخَيْرُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ قَبْلِي
لاَإِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَشَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْـمُــلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

“The best supplication is that of the Day of Arafat—and the best that I and the Prophets before me have said is: None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, He has no partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is able to do all things.”

Today we will be having some work taking place at the front entrance of the masjid. Due to the current situation the women's side will be closed until further notice. The men will have to enter through the back door of the masjid until the work is completed. We apologize for the inconvenience. May Allaah preserve you all.

We have a family that is in need of our support and has fallen on hard times. We are striving to raise $300 to remove this burden from this family. Give freely for the sake of Allaah and seek the tremendous reward in these days of Dhul Hijjah.

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“There are no days during which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these days,” meaning the (first) ten days of Dhul- Hijjah. They said: “O Messenger of Allah! Not even Jihad in the cause of Allah?” He said: “Not even Jihad in the cause of Allah, unless a man goes out with himself and his wealth and does not bring anything back.”
