"I Serve You the Back of Jesus" is the true story of Lois François, a thirty-four-year-old wife and mother of four young children who struggles with lupus, an incurable autoimmune disease experienced by many people-yet known by few-that can drastically change a woman's life. With a husband who works two jobs in order to compensate for her lack of income, Lois finds it difficult for her family to m
ake ends meet. As if things couldn't get any worse, she is then diagnosed with one health issue after another. This painful journey causes her to truly question God and her purpose for living. As she experiences many sleepless nights, demonic attacks, and near-death experiences, Lois, a woman who is lacking in physical strength, must find her spiritual and emotional strength in God. Many who observe Lois's struggles might question the reality of God. Is He as miraculous as He is often depicted? Will God help her overcome lupus or will she succumb to this deadly sickness? Join in her journey through many trying years as she finds the answers to these questions and more. Lois Francois is the 11th child of Pastor Harry and Louise Norton of Guyana South America. Having been married for 31 years to Nero Francois, she has been blessed with four children--Shane, Joel, Lorissa and Lo-Ann--and a daughter-in-law, Dariel. From a young age, Lois has had a passion for children. While working at church and schools, both in the public and private, she would be moved by the pain and stresses these children endured. Therefore, she would grasp every opportunity possible to help and mentor in whatever way she could. Over the years, as this passion developed, so did her desire to help families. God has used Lois to minister to families in all aspects--spiritually, emotionally, and financially. In 2013 the Lord said to Lois, "Create a beautiful home for families; a place where families can go for a vacation with no concern of its expenses; a place where families can rest, relax, and have fun as they spend time with each other. This will be a gift from me [God] to them. As they spend time with one another, I also want to spend time with them, enriching their lives." He continued to say, "Many children suffer because of the insufficient time spent with their parents. Due to parents working long hours to take care of their families, children grow up with voids that they try to fill using the wrong sources. This organization's mission is to help develop strong family bonds in an effort to cultivate strong communities. Through this vision, Lois aims to ultimately contribute to creating a better society.
