Our 7th graders had an incredible experience this week visiting the James A. Buzzard River Education Center! Students learned about the importance of the James River and why protecting and caring for our natural resources matters.
From canoeing on the water to testing river water samples and analyzing water quality, our students were able to experience hands-on, practical science outside of the traditional classroom setting.
We want to thank our on-site educators Kerri, Hannah, and Joanne for your hospitality and creating a fun atmosphere for our students. Amazing job! ππ
