Every month, Helping Hands Food Pantry provides an important source of support for families throughout our community. Just last month, more than 500 families turned to the food pantry for assistance. Behind each of those numbers is a neighbor—a family trying to make ends meet, a parent working to put food on the table, or someone facing an unexpected season of hardship.
The impact of Grace Lutheran Church’s giving helps make this ministry possible. Grace provides regular volunteers who give their time to serve our neighbors, but our partnership goes even further. Through the generosity of our congregation, Grace also helps pay a portion of the food pantry’s rent and utilities. This support helps ensure Helping Hands has a place where food can be collected, organized, and distributed to hundreds of families each month.
Together, we are helping provide more than groceries. We are helping create a place where people in our community can find compassion, dignity, and hope during difficult times. Every volunteer who gives their time and every financial gift given through Grace becomes part of that ministry.
Because of your generosity, Grace is able to be a faithful partner with Helping Hands Food Pantry and make a tangible difference right here in our community. Together, we are living out Christ’s call to love and serve our neighbors, helping make sure that families throughout our community know they are not alone.
