This week we had Abbey Nicholas the executive director of the National Alliance of Mental Illiness of McHenry. She shared with us the important work NAMI is doing and how Grace supports it.

Our endowment committee allocated $3,200 to five different organizations. Additional giving will be matched up to $16,000 by a generous family in our congregation. The organizations are Global Refuge, NAMI McHenry, Elderworks, CASA McHenry, and Home of the Sparrow. Gifts received by July 12th will be spread evenly between the five organizations.
