Summer Pulse Family Fun — June, July & August We’ve planned three family-friendly Pulse events this summer — one each month — and everyone’s invited!
June 24, 2026 — Pulse at the Park
Hamann Park (Crispin Street) • 6:30–7:30 PM Join us for a relaxed evening of grilling hot dogs, chasing bubbles, and drawing with sidewalk chalk. It’s a perfect, low-key hour to meet our volunteers, connect with other families, and let the kids play. Bring neighbors, friends, and family! Onsite registration for the new Pulse year will be available. Note: The church bus will not be used for summer outreach events.
July — Pulse at the Pool
Southview Pool• July 18, 2026- 6:7:30 pm Make a splash with us! We’re renting the pool for a free family swim — perfect for cooling off and having fun together. We’ll provide water and individually wrapped snacks (think Goldfish, cookies, etc.). Registration for Pulse will be available.
Saturday, August 8, 2026 — Back to School Jam
10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Richmond A/G Get ready for a celebration to kick off the school year! Expect a slip‑and‑slide, popcorn, cotton candy, and burgers and/or hot dogs.
We’ll also have backpacks filled with school supplies and send-home groceries to help families start the year strong. Parents must be present and pre-register to receive a backpack. We can’t wait to see you there — bring your smiles and your friends! Onsite registration for the new Pulse year will be available. We will also begin planning our September calendar in the near future. If you would like to volunteer for a Bible, kitchen or activity rotation, please let Kimberly Todd know. We would like to have each rotation filled this year.
