Come and see why we are so excited about what’s happening. Philip's has served the Richmond area since 1861, focusing our ministry in North Richmond since 1959 when we moved to our present location. All those seeking a deeper relationship with Christ are welcome.

More information on Dearly Beloved book study:

Our journey follows three distinct movements:

Week 1 (June 1 at 6PM): Special Guest: Author Pamela Ayo will be joining the group session:An Invitation to Sanctuary We start with the foundation of "Belovedness" and the Sacred Body. We’ll be discussing the Introduction through Chapter 3, looking at how we find sanctuary in our own skin and in community.

Week 2 (June 8 at 6PM): The Alchemy of the Cross and Transfiguration Moving into Chapters 4 through 6, we’ll look at the themes of healing and change. How does the "alchemy" of our struggles lead us toward true discipleship?

Week 3 (June 15 at 6PM): Graffiti Bridge and Revelation We conclude with Chapter 7 through the end, focusing on resilience, legacy, and what it means to be "Rainbow Children" in a world that needs hope.

Whether you’ve been a lifelong fan of Prince or you’re just curious about the intersections of musicology, culture, faith, and justice--there is a seat at the table for you at this virtual table.

Let’s go crazy, spiritually speaking.
