On Sunday, June 14th at 1pm Richmond Friends Meeting is holding Love as Action--Richmond, a one-hour silent witness to the harm caused by rising authoritarianism in our country.

in collaboration with the American Friends Service Committee and Friends across the country, are coming together for Love as Action.

On the 14th, we will gather at 1pm in the median of Monument Ave between Commonwealth Ave and Westmoreland St for one hour of silent public worship.

No Kings 3: Freedom Fest on Saturday, March 28, beginning at 1:00 p.m. in Monroe Park

This community event will include speeches by Rep. Jennifer McClellan and Lt. Gov. Ghazala Hashmi; live music by Deau Eyes, Dead Billionaires, Singing Resistance, Brookhouse, and The Mighty Joshua; and myriad opportunities for community connection.

9On Saturday, March 28th, Virginia and the whole nation gathers to declare with one voice: AMERICA HAS NO KINGS.

Join us in Richmond’s Monroe Park to celebrate our constitutional rights with the joyful resistance of music, art, and community building.

This is a fully permitted event, ensuring all Virginians— especially those commonly targeted by excessive force— have a safe avenue to join the movement.
