Vol. 35 No.6 June 2026

DISINTEGRATION OF LAW

Psa 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
The reason people are blinded today is because Satan works in people who are not following Christ, who is to show us what his moral requirements are. Many leaders will not accept the control that is necessary. They desire to be free to do whatever pleases them.
People are not motivated by truth. They know truth will limit their actions and behavior.
Experience and the Scriptures reveal that man is basically evil. So, leaders permit all forms of perversion and unlawful deeds established by the government. Therefore, they are not able to pass harsh laws to control crime. So, demon possessed people will grow stronger and stronger.
You need to know that when one person’s rights are protected another person’s rights are taken away. EX: whenever a criminal is protected, then a law-abiding individual rights are removed. We need laws to control human behavior because of a lack of self-control. People cannot control themselves. Today life without Christ is so miserable laws are passed so people can escape through drugs and alcohol.
Psa 14:2-3 KJV The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. (3) They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

If self-government is based on self-control then lawlessness will abound.
Remember people are not seeking the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, but their own happiness and liberty because cannot control themselves apart from the Spirit of God. And the result is a DISINTEGRATION OF LAW AND ORDER. Ever man will do what is right in his own eyes filling the earth with moral filth, social conflicts and crime.
Rom 8:3-4 KJV For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: (4) That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

God gave us originally the Law of Moses to achieve righteousness, peace and joy. But human beings cannot keep the Law of Moses perfectly because of their carnality. So, God has through the life and death and resurrection of Jesus Christ has given us the law of the Spirit of life in Christ. This and this alone is what gives us the joy of living while we are in this world. That give us the hope that will come at the Lord’s return in the midst of evil.
When a person is saved, takes up his cross and follows Christ, he begins to achieve more righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. We may experience distress from time to time, but the end is always perfect righteousness, perfect peace, and perfect joy.
Now some interpreters of the scriptures have misunderstood God’s goal. They teach the purpose of the Christian redemption is to cover our sins so we can be accepted into heaven when we die. They have made the divine salvation an act of forgiveness rather than the re-creation of the human personality so that God’s laws can be fulfilled in us. According to Hebrews 8:10 “I will wri0te my laws in their hearts and minds.”
Without realizing it teachers have done exactly what the world has done. They have put human happiness above righteous living. And by righteous living, I am talking about pursing their own interests in the world instead of taking up their cross and following Christ. This will bring questionable trust in God when things get tough.

THE LIVING WORD
“That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving...” Psalm 26:7
Vol. 35 No.5 May 2026

DOMINION (part1)
Gen 1:26-28 Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” (27) So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. (28) And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

God declared man had a four-part accomplishment:
• Man is to be in the image of God
• Man is to be male and female
• Man is to be fruitful
• Man is to have dominion over all the earth
This will continue until God says it is complete
The image of Satan fills the earth today. Satan’s image is the opposite of the fruit of the Spirit i.e. – hatred, misery, impatience, harshness arrogance, and lack of self-control.
If we live in the adamic nature, we will be in the image of Satan. We can try to imitate the image of Jesus, but it does not last as we are tested.
God’s plan of redemption is to successfully convert us from the image of Satan to the image of Christ. God does not reform our adamic nature – He crucifies it.
The change does not come the moment we accept the blood of Jesus, or the Word of God. We are continually being changed from glory to glory. Even in eternity we will still be changing.
Man is to be male and female and nothing else. God made man to be in union. Marriage is simply an outline and shadow of what God means by becoming one.
We are only half complete. No person is complete in themselves. Man will never come to completion is he does not live-in relationship with other men and women. It is called DIVINE LOVE. The reason so many in the church miss it is because they try to fulfill their destiny with human love.
Christ was met at His supreme moment not by the Apostles, but by Mary. The Apostles were discussing the business of the Kingdom, while Mary clung to Jesus and would not let Him go. Those who are close to God’s heart always cling to Jesus.
The central power of the Kingdom of God is DIVINE LOVE, it is so intense it is called “Jealous”. God is jealous for you.
Son 8:6 KJV Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave: the coals thereof are coals of fire, which hath a most vehement flame.

Jesus said perfection is oneness: Joh 17:23 KJV I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
God is calling us today to be one with Himself through Christ Jesus. We cannot receive the Father without the Son. They are One beyond what human marriage attains. This Oneness deals with self-centeredness. It requires total giving and receiving.
Too many people like to play games with God – like volleyball. He is on one side of the net and we are on the other asking Him to volley so we can show how good we are. Get on His side!
The third thing man is required to become is to be fruitful. We are to go forth in fruitfulness. We cannot do this in our own strength or wisdom, just like a woman cannot bring forth children by her wisdom or talents. Too many today believe what they have done in life is what they are being graded on. The only way we are to be fruitful is to abide in Him – making our Union with Jesus Christ.
We do this by dying. Only when a seed falls in the ground and dies does it bear fruit. The Kingdom comes through the Cross. We die daily!
Isa 27:6 KJV He shall cause them that come of Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit.
In order to abide in the Vine, to become fruit bearing saints, we must allow the Holy Spirit to cut us away from the worldly vine that holds us back. We are crucified with Christ in order that His life may flow through us. When the Life of the Vine flows in us the fruit that is of Christ increases. So be fruitful.
I have explained the first three aspects of our calling: Image, male and female, and fruitfulness. If we do not come into the first three, we will never accomplish the fourth. It doesn’t matter what accomplish in life. Only what is done is Christ will bring us to the fourth characteristic

THE LIVING WORD
“That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving...” Psalm 26:7
Vol. 35 No.4 April 2026

The government of the US is filled with lying and thievery. Leadership is filled with crime. WHY? Because democracy forbids the actions to bring about righteousness and justice. The nations capital is morally and financially bankrupt.
But the churches are not much different where the rule of Holy Spirit is not governing the Christians. [South – churches are man ruled and there is complete chaos.] Churches are filled with all the same forms of sins including adultery, rage, drunkenness and greed and lies.
We believe in the days to come a one world government will integrate civil lawlessness and religious lawlessness. And the majority will accept it to pursue happiness according to their own standard.
Isa 42:1 KJV Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.

The Christians have led the world in good works of all kinds, abolition of slavery, feeding the poor, protecting children. All worthy goals. But if it does not bring about divine salvation that transforms a person then nothing changes.
Lawlessness of our day will bring about the reign of Antichrist. It will happen as long as we attempt to mix the teachings of Christ with human government. [EX: Mixing mercy with accepting criminal lawlessness. Any attempt to promote human welfare apart from the Lord will lead to human destruction. In this world it is impossible for any individual to enjoy perfect liberty and happiness without depriving someone else.]
Democratic forms of government allow what God’s Word forbids. For example – the freedom of speech encourages po*******hy. The greatest secret sin of the Christian! All because of the wrong teaching about “grace.”
The scriptures do not guarantee freedom of speech:
Jas 3:2-16 “For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body. (5) Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! (6) And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. (8) The tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. (9) Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God. (10) Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. (14) But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. (15) This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. (16) For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.”
Remember that Antichrist does not present himself the opposite of Christ, but an imitator of Christ without a cross making his followers Christians without crosses.
People want God’s power without paying the price to submit to His laws. Therefore, the Antichrist spirit produces a government after the pursuit of happiness and liberty without righteous living.
Antichrist will not remove the churches. He will support them. This is why the Church of “Laodicea will be rich and increased with goods.”
If you do not continue to be led by the Holy Spirit; kept from deception and delusion; you will be led away from the Life of the Holy Spirit whose primary concern is to exalt Christ, not securing the rights of the people.

LAWLESSNESS part 2
Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
The number one right of all Americans, it is said is HAPPINESS. People are dedicated to the pursuit of happiness, while God’s goal for us is righteousness. Because of this difference we have two kingdoms – Kingdom of God & Kingdom of the world.
A monarchy is a form of government where laws are enforced. A king determines what is righteous and virtuous. There have been good and bad kings in history. But the King of kings is just, strong, and compassionate. Under this kind of rulership, the land is filled to protect all that are innocent and brings punishment on the lawbreakers.
1Pe 2:17 NIV Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers, fear God, honor the emperor.
There are leaders of history who have won the affection and loyalty of the people. King David was one such righteous king. But now the nations of the world have come to a place of revolt because people want to pursue happiness and pleasures, instead of righteousness.
This revolt comes in lieu of humility because of a lack of faith in God.
We have a US that does not want to link government with faith in God. This is an abomination to God because He is seeking faith and righteousness more than happiness and pleasure. The issue of human rights instead of the rights of God. This is a great part of the apostasy of 2 Thess.2:3.
Because people do not have a right relationship to God, they want to govern themselves instead of following the laws of God. God will not bless a government that does not support His laws.
Rom 13:3-4 KJV For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: (4) For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
“Doeth evil” as judged by God’s standards.
There are a couple of reasons why people want to govern themselves and fall into lawlessness:
• Their goal is not God’s goal – they will reject God’s laws to find happiness.
• They basically assume man is good and if trained he will make something of himself but without self-control. Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit.
Without God’s guidance and rulership every thing we come to results in moral, financial, intellectual, judicial and physical failure.
So today we see leaders everywhere ignoring the danger signals. They are hoping some human will conceive a place to save us from destruction. Of course, we know who that is – Antichrist.
There is enough evidence of history to show the nations who have walked in the laws of righteousness have prospered in every activity. While nations that vie way to immoral activity perish. So where does that leave us today? There are all kinds of aids to help with our physical ailments, but there is no campaign against homosexual or perverted sexual behavior. And we know what happens there.
WE can’t stop praying for our country. Judgment is coming. Evil is increasing. And Antichrist Spirit is prevailing.
Thank God for our current leadership. They are truly trying to do what is right. Bless the Lord.

● THE LIVING WORD
“That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving...” Psalm 26:7

Vol. 35 No.1 January 2026

LAWLESSNESS (part 1)
Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Righteousness is defined as – upright, just, moral, virtuous conduct. So, righteousness is always determined by a set of standards. A set of standards is a law. So, we must decide what is upright and what is not upright; what is moral and what is not moral; what is virtuous and what is not virtuous. The Lord God is the judge. Absence of obedience to law is lawlessness.
There is a gap of lawlessness in the Kingdom of God and also in the world. Often the operations of the world run parallel to the Kingdom of God.
So according to our text, righteousness is more than what this life gives us. It is peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Peace & joy follow righteousness, but as we are trying to find it, we often lack the peace and joy. But know peace and joy does come if we persist in walking in righteousness.
God will not remain with people who do not observe His laws of righteousness. All Christians are called to righteous living.
Isa 42:6 “I am the LORD; I have called you in righteousness; I will take you by the hand and keep you; I will give you as a covenant for the people, a light for the nations,

It is the blood of Jesus Christ that makes it possible for us to approach God giving us entrance past the holy veil.
The blood covering is the opportunity to be made into new creatures in the Lord. But the blood covering is not a permanent solution to the problem of unrighteousness. The blood covering is a legal device that makes it possible for us to be released from Satan’s grip on our lives and begins to release righteous behavior in us.
What I am talking about is imputed righteousness of the blood of Christ, while we are being transformed. The blood sanctifies us so that Christ’s life can be developed in us. It is the blood that is the basis for the entire work of redemption.
The Lord never planned for us to continue in unrighteousness after we have received the gift of forgiveness. Because God cannot have fellowship with unrighteousness. It is impossible for light to have fellowship with darkness (1 Cor.6:14).
The scepter of Christ is the scepter of righteousness. The hope of the Christian is that of a new world where righteousness abounds. Not imputed righteousness, but actual righteous behavior. The righteous behavior of the new world will be harmony with God’s laws of our behavior.
Luk 1:74-75 that we, being delivered from the hand of our enemies, might serve him without fear, (75) in holiness and righteousness before him all our days.
Verse 71 tells us this is the mercy of God!
Now we know the great social-behavior of God’s law: To love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength & to love our neighbor as ourselves.
The goal becoming righteousness – to be filled with peace and joy. But people would rather pursue fun. As you mature in Christ you recognize that peace and joy are far more valuable that “fleshly fun”.
Fun often is frantic and sorrowful in the end. But peace brings joy that can be remembered. Fun is often mixed with demon-driven appetites of the flesh. People think they are having fun while destroying their body and mind.
Fun is for children. Peace and joy are the blessing of the spiritually mature and are the fruit of the Spirit.

THE LIVING WORD

BOLDNESS
(Luke 11:5-8) “And he said to them, “Which of you who has a friend will go to him at midnight and say to him, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves, for a friend of mine has arrived on a journey, and I have nothing to set before him’; and he will answer from within, ‘Do not bother me; the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed. I cannot get up and give you anything’? I tell you, though he will not get up and give him anything because he is his friend, yet because of his impudence he will rise and give him whatever he needs.”
It is now about a year later since the Sermon on the Mount. Now the disciples watching Jesus in prayer are still asking but this time they are asking “What to pray?” He begins by telling them this beautiful parable of a friend at the most inconvenient time. He not only wants us to pray for ourselves, but for those who have needs. This is what intercession is really about – praying with boldness – that God will hear – this pleases God.
1. There is love that seeks to help others – “My friend is in need…”
2. The need – “I have nothing for him…”
3. The confidence to ask for help, “Which of you has a friend that you know will help…”
4. An unexpected answer, “No, I’m asleep or too busy…”
5. Perseverance that refuses to take ‘No’ for an answer, “because of his persistence…”
6. The reward for such a request, “he will give as much as he needs…”
This is a way of prayer and faith in which God wants to bless those who are serious with Him.
The chief thought of all this is a prayer of appeal because of our relationship with God! Are we a friend of God? Then prove it. Get an answer!
A true child of God has the power of intercession that exercises on the behalf of others. How do you think great men of scripture proved their life with God? Abraham prayed for Lot and saved him from total destruction from S***m. Elijah prayed for an entire nation that it would rain, and it did. Were the people they prayed for grateful? Not really. Lot went and lived in a cave and had relations with his daughters who bore the children of the Moabites, & Ammonites. Who are these people today? The Syrians and Lebanese! God commanded Moses to destroy them all when Israel went in to take the land of Canaan. [It didn’t happen.] Why did God save Lot knowing what would come out from him? Because Abraham interceded for His nephew.
Remember Abraham persisted in his prayers for Lot. He started by asking God to save S***m if 50 people would be found that were righteous. Then 45…then 40…then 20…then 10. Now that is BOLDNESS. Can we do that with God? Absolutely if you are in relationship with Him. God will do anything for you when you mean business!
A father, like God, is more than a friend. WE almost count it a father’s duty to give to his child what he can. But with a friend it comes because of kindness. A true friend is usually on the same level as you. Friendships depend on the conduct.
Joh 15:14 KJV Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
God does not look down on you thinking you are a slave. He looks across from you because He has brought you up to His level when you become His friend.
Abraham believed God and he was called “the friend of God.” (James 2:23)
It is the Spirit, the same Spirit, that leads us to bear witness to our acceptance with God.
(Rom 8:26 KJV) Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities (feebleness in mind or body): for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
It is this kind of life as a friend of God that gives us the liberty to ask whatsoever is needed!
When I come to God, He always looks to what the aim is of my petition. If it simply for my comfort or joy, I don’t always receive. But if it to bless others then it will not be in vain.
See, we don’t have to have everything for everyone, but we know someone who does? A friend in God who will give as much as is needed.
Intercession is part of our training. There our friendships with men and with God that are tested. It must be seen whether my friendship is real, by taking the time and sacrifice, even if at midnight to reach out and help someone.
But with God, my friendship must be so clear, that I can depend on Him not to turn me away until the prayer is answered. This is the perseverance God is looking for. One that says “I know you will not hold back from me my request. He shows us perseverance really does wield a mighty power in heaven. There is a faith that sees the promise, embraces the promise and still does not receive it:
(Heb 11:13 KJV) These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
Heb 11:39-40 KJV And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: (40) God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.
It is when the answer to prayer does not come, and the promise we are firmly holding onto is of no avail, that the “trial of our faith, is more precious that gold.” (1Peter 1:7)
It is this kind of promise that embraces fellowship with God that His glory might come to pass. Because some day it will take place.
If, the unfriendliness of an earthly friend can be overcome by persistence, how much more will it profit with our heavenly friend, who loves to give, but often holds back because we aren’t ready to possess what He has to offer. Let us thank Him that in delaying His answer, He is placing us in a better position to exercise all our authority with Him, training us to live with Him in the fellowship of no doubt of faith and trust, to truly be the friends of God.
