In this new year (2026), God will be with us through every victory and every disappointment. Just remember we must lean on Him—He’s our strength!

For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, And scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

From our Pastor: Correction is an expression of love—it’s a sign that someone truly cares. Let’s receive it with humility and make the necessary adjustments.

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.

From our Pastor: Sometimes we need to rely on God’s strength to work things out, other times He works things out on His own, and sometimes we partner with Him in the process. But the key is always asking God for direction.
