🌟 Have a heart for Jesus and people? Consider becoming a Life Group Host!

You don't have to be a scholar or have all the answers. Life Groups can look like sharing a meal, playing pickleball, studying a book together, or simply creating a space where people can connect and grow in their faith.

If you'd like to learn more, join us for our Life Group Host Training on Tuesday, June 30!

Happy Father’s Day!

Today we celebrate and honor the men who have helped shape our lives through their love, sacrifice, hard work, wisdom, and faithfulness. Whether you’re a dad, grandfather, stepdad, foster dad, spiritual father, or a man who has invested in the next generation, thank you. Your influence matters more than you know.

We also recognize that Father’s Day can be a complicated day for some. Some are missing their fathers. Some carry difficult memories. Some long to be fathers themselves. Wherever today finds you, we pray you’ll experience the love and grace of our Heavenly Father.

Join us this morning at New Life Church as we celebrate the men who keep things running and point our hearts toward the God who never stops caring for His children.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at New Life Church!

P.S. Dads, don’t forget to grab a ticket for our prize bucket drawings, pick up your Dad Essentials, and stop by the “Things My Dad Says” wall to share a favorite dad quote or life lesson.

After a week of serving at Casa de Amor in El Salvador, our New Life mission team is in the air and on their way home.

This week was filled with moments that remind us what missions is really about.

Our team delivered food and supplies to families living in extreme poverty, traveled muddy roads in the rain to reach homes in need, partnered with local churches and ministry leaders, served in schools, worshiped alongside believers, and invested countless hours into the lives of the children at the orphanage.

They also continued supporting practical needs at Casa de Amor, helping improve the grounds and purchasing supplies that will continue serving the children long after our team has returned home.

But perhaps the most meaningful part of the week cannot be measured in projects completed or supplies delivered.

It was the relationships.

Last night our team said goodbye to the children. There were tears from the kids and more than a few tears from our team as well. Names and faces that were strangers just days ago have become people they will carry in their hearts for years to come.

One young man in particular, made a lasting impact on several members of our team. As he approaches adulthood, we ask you to join us in praying for God’s favor, protection, and direction over his life.

Thank you, New Life Church, for praying, giving, and making this mission possible. We cannot wait to hear the stories, celebrate what God has done, and learn how these experiences have changed the lives of everyone involved.

Welcome home, team. We’re proud of you.

Not every chapter of American history is beautiful, but every chapter has shaped the nation we have become.

Today we remember June 19, 1865, the day enslaved Americans in Texas finally learned they were free.

This moment matters because Scripture teaches that every person is created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). Every man, woman, and child bears God’s image and possesses inherent dignity, worth, and value. No one was created to be owned, devalued, or denied their humanity.

The events remembered on this day marked a step toward recognizing a truth God declared from the beginning: every human life matters.

As followers of Jesus, we celebrate freedom, give thanks for progress toward justice, and continue striving to love our neighbors as Christ has loved us.

What an incredible week our New Life mission team is having at Casa de Amor in El Salvador! ❤️

Over the last few days, our team has been serving in both practical and powerful ways. They helped take the children from the orphanage on a special outing to a water park, something many of these kids never get the opportunity to experience. They have been serving at the local school, sharing the story of the Good Samaritan through skits, leading worship, and building relationships that point people to Jesus.

They’ve also been hard at work meeting tangible needs around the orphanage and community. From gathering food and supplies for local families to tackling maintenance projects, our team is discovering new ways we can partner with Casa de Amor for the long haul. Thanks to your generosity, we are already making plans to provide equipment and improvements that will make daily life and play safer and easier for the children.

Please continue praying for:
• Strength and endurance as they serve in the intense heat.
• Opportunities to share the love of Jesus in meaningful ways.
• The children, families, and leaders of Casa de Amor to be encouraged and blessed through every interaction.

We are so proud of this team. Watching these students and adults pour themselves into the lives of others is a beautiful picture of the Gospel in action.

Keep praying. God is at work! 🇸🇻🙏

This Sunday was a beautiful reminder of what it means to be a church family.

We were excited to welcome the Taylor family as new partners at New Life Church. We are grateful that God has led them here, and we look forward to serving, growing, and doing life together in the years ahead.

At the same time, we prayed over the Cosmos family as they begin a new chapter and prepare for their move. While we will miss them dearly, we are thankful for the impact they have made at New Life and for the friendships and memories we share.

Church life is full of moments like these, welcoming new faces while sending others with our love and prayers. We celebrate God’s faithfulness in every season.

Join us in welcoming the Taylors and praying for the Cosmos family as they begin this next adventure.

Good Morning, NLC!

Our missions team is up early and on their way to El Salvador for a week of serving at Casa De Amor. We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity and excited to see what God will do.

As they travel and serve this week, please join us in prayer:

• Pray for safe and smooth travel.
• Pray for God’s grace and strength as they serve the people of El Salvador.
• Pray that the Holy Spirit would take every small act of love and multiply its impact through His mercy and power.

Thank you for covering our team, the children, and the staff at Casa De Amor in prayer this week. ❤️

Our missions team leaves early Sunday morning for Casa de Amor in El Salvador! 🇸🇻

Over the next week, they’ll be serving children and families, sharing the love of Jesus, and partnering with an incredible ministry that provides care, hope, and a home for those in need.

Would you join us in praying for them?

• Safe travels and good health
• Meaningful ministry opportunities and open hearts
• Strength, unity, and God’s guidance in every interaction

We are grateful for each team member who has answered God’s call to go. Let’s cover them in prayer as they prepare to serve.
