Sunday we learned that “Standing on the Promises of God” means you have to be in pursuit of what it takes to obtain the promise. If our hearts aren’t postured toward Him, instead of strictly looking out for ourselves, then we can not claim the “promise”.
A few common traits of people who obtain the promises of God:
💪 THEY ENDURE- Resilient in hardship.
👂 THEY OBEY- Able to obey God without full understanding.
🪨 THEY REMAIN- Refusal to quit prematurely.
🗺 THEY SHIFT- Willing to redirect and adjust to changes.
🧗♂️ THEY OVERCOME- Refusal to stay trapped in their worst moments.
🌪 THEY ARE SECURE- Willing to be misunderstood by people.
👁 THEY SEE- Able to prioritize long-term fulfillment over short term relief.
