Initial deduction will be made within one business day of donation. Future recurring payments will be deducted on the same date as initial deduction.

We are planning to see the new Dietrich Bonhoeffer movie on Friday, November 22nd, at 6:50 PM. Before the movie, we will have dinner together at the Cheesecake Factory. The Bible may not promise that we will always be fond of our leaders, but it does urge us to pray for them. In Romans 13:1-7 and 1 Timothy 2:1-4, we find powerful teachings that were challenging for first-century Christians who faced suspicion, ridicule, and persecution from those in power. Yet, Paul emphasized the importance of praying for government officials, not only for our peace but also so that these leaders might come to know Jesus. As you wake up tomorrow, make it a priority to pray for your new president and other elected officials, recognizing the impact your prayers can have on their leadership and the nation. -Pastor Michael
