Free community event! 🎃🍂 Put on your favorite costume and bring your family and friends to FUMCR for a “boo”tiful afternoon at Fall FUNFest.

Enjoy trunk-or-treat, games, and festive fun for all ages. FUMCR Children’s Choirs will be serving hot dogs and other concessions as a fundraiser, our Confirmation class will host Carnival Alley, and you can even take a ride on a train!

Our Senior Adults enjoyed a refreshing fall retreat at the Prothro Center on Lake Texoma this past weekend! 🌲🌊

The weekend offered opportunities to connect and recharge through worship, meaningful service projects, and a special visit from former Texas Rangers catcher Jim Sundberg. ⚾️🧢 What a wonderful time of fellowship and renewal!

Thank you for your prayers and to those who volunteered with our mission team last week in Gordon, TX. 🏠🛠️

We successfully repaired three homes damaged from tornadoes and completed many more tasks than planned!

Having some of our FUMCR families come out on Friday to serve for Family Mission Day was incredibly special, too. 🥰

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Today, we wear purple clothes and ribbons in support of survivors and prevention efforts. Every day, we take action towards a future that is free from domestic violence.

Every person is created in the image of God and deserves to live with dignity, safety, and love. As United Methodists, we believe family violence and abuse are contrary to God’s vision for our lives and our communities.
