What’s up Heights Students!! There will be no Brick tomorrow because of Fall Break, soooo we’re throwing it back to last week 🧱!!

Carter taught us about friendship and what it looks like to be a good friend! Good friends are wise, will warn you, are willing, and are a witness!

“Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm.” Proverbs 13:20

During Fall Break, take some time to reflect on the kind of friend YOU are! Are you wise? Are you willing to speak truth? Are you pointing your friends toward Jesus? Let’s be the kind of friends who help each other grow closer to Him!

THE BRICK: RECAP 🌟!

This week, we talked about how following Jesus isn’t just adding Him to the old you. It means putting off the old self, renewing your mind, and putting on the new self (Ephesians 4:22–24)!

This week, ask yourself: Where am I still living like the old me? Has my heart grown callous to something God asked me to do?

Don’t wait until you feel ready in order to give God your “yes”. Choose to walk in the new life Jesus has given you!

Last night, Eric took us through Ephesians 4 and reminded us that Jesus didn’t just save us to sit on the sidelines. He’s given every one of us a role to play, gifts to use, and people to serve!

ONE BAND, ONE SOUND.

Do you live your life in a way that shows you belong to Jesus?

Last night at The Brick, we talked about how walking worthy means letting the way we treat people, respond to conflict, and love others reflect Jesus. We’re called to walk with humility, gentleness, patience, and love as we pursue unity together.

“Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us…” Ephesians 5:1–2

CHALLENGE: Think of one relationship where unity is difficult. Choose humility over pride, patience over frustration, and love over keeping score. Because God has already made us one, let’s live like it Heights Students 🤍!
