You can’t carry everything—or everybody—into your next season.

Sometimes the hardest part of restoration is accepting that what helped you survive one season may not be healthy enough to follow you into the next one.

Old wounds.

Old responses.

Old relationships.

Old mindsets.

Old fears.

Old versions of yourself.

We often pray, “Father, take me forward,” while still holding tightly to what He is asking us to release.

But restoration requires more than wanting change.

It requires a willingness to recognize what has hindered us, release what no longer belongs, renew our minds through God’s truth, and respond differently as He leads us forward.

That is what we are going to do together during **RESTORED: The Journey Back to the Father’s Heart.**

And I am grateful to share that **6 women have already said YES to their restoration journey and secured their space!** 💜

There is something powerful about making the decision to invest in your own healing, growth, and wholeness.

This workshop is not about pretending the past did not happen.

It is not about rushing your healing.

And it is not about becoming perfect.

Freedom Friday 💜

Peace will meet me in the storm.

Psalm 29:11 reminds me that I do not have to manufacture strength when I am weary. The Lord gives strength to His people. What He gives has already been prepared for me.

When I am weak, His strength is available. When the battle feels heavy, He can sustain me. When the storm comes, I do not have to be overtaken by fear, stress, or worry.

And this is the blessing: the Lord GIVES peace.

Not peace because the storm disappeared.
Not peace because everything suddenly makes sense.
But peace in the midst of it.

The storm may be around me, but it does not have to become the storm within me.

Peace will meet me in the storm, and it will be my anchor that holds me steady.

Today, receive what the Father has already made available.

His strength and His peace. ITS YOURS!

Before You Point, Look Within, Luke 6:41

Sometimes the greatest work the Father wants to do is not in the person we are watching it is in us.

Before we focus on someone else’s faults, let’s allow the Father to search our own hearts.

Restoration is keeping myself on the altar instead of placing someone else on trial.

Transformation begins within.

Thankful Thursday

**HE IS MY PEACE.**

Apart from the Father, there is no true peace or lasting fulfillment. He is our Creator, and He knows exactly what His creation needs.

I don’t have to manufacture peace. I don’t have to chase it in people, circumstances, possessions, or outcomes. **The Father has already given peace—my responsibility is to know it, accept it, and pursue it.**

When the storm is raging, **He is my peace.**
In the in-between, **He is my peace.**
In uncertainty, **He is my foundation.**

Today I choose alignment with the Father. I choose His presence. I choose His way. I choose the peace my soul was designed to live in.

Because at the end of the day, **I’d rather have Jesus than live a life filled with heaviness, weariness, and unrest.**

**“There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.” — Isaiah 57:21**

💜 Reflection: *Am I looking for peace outside of the Father, or am I pursuing what He has already given?*

Good Tenacious Tuesday! 💜

John 14:18 reminds us of Jesus’ promise:

“I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.”

As I enter this new month, I am grateful for the faithfulness of God. The same Father who kept me from January until now has graciously allowed me to see September. I may not know what this month holds, but I know the God who holds me.

Through challenges, pain, uncertainty, and unanswered questions, He has remained faithful. When I did not know how things would come together, He provided. When I needed wisdom, He gave counsel. When I needed comfort, He met me with His presence.

God’s promise to be with us does not mean life will be without challenges, but it does mean we do not have to face life alone.

This month, I choose to enter September with faith, gratitude, and confidence in the One who has already proven Himself faithful.

Reflection:
Am I focusing more on what September may hold—or on the God who has promised to walk with me through it?

**YOU CAN’T HEAL WHAT YOU KEEP CARRYING. 💜**

There comes a point when God begins to show us that some of what we have carried for years was never meant to become our permanent identity.

The hurt.
The disappointment.
The rejection.
The responsibility for everyone else.
The patterns we learned just to survive.

Restoration is not pretending those things never happened. It is allowing the Father to meet us in those places, reveal what needs healing, and teach us how to move forward differently.

That is what **RESTORED: The Journey Back to the Father’s Heart** is about.

MINDSET MONDAY: MY REFUGE IS IN HIM

Psalm 118:8 reminds us that it is better to take refuge in the Lord than to place our ultimate trust in man.

People can love us sincerely and still have limitations. They can have good intentions and still overpromise. Systems can fail. Technology can malfunction. Resources can become limited. Governments and institutions can change.

But God remains faithful.

He is not simply another resource in our lives—He is the Source.

We can appreciate people.
We can receive help.
We can benefit from systems, technology, resources, and human wisdom. But we must never confuse the provision with the Provider.

Restoration is remembering the difference between what God has provided and the God who provides it.

When life becomes uncertain, return your dependence to the Father. He is our refuge, our security, our assurance, our Way Maker, our Defender, and our Source.

Mindset shift for today:
I will not require people, systems, or resources to provide the assurance that belongs to God alone.

Reflection:
Where have I placed ultimate dependence on something or someone other than the Father?

“It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in humans.”

God alone is my refuge.
