Our theme was FOCUS 🎯

Your assignment requires your attention.
Not everything calling you deserves an answer.
Stay focused on what God has given you.

As leaders in ministry, business, our careers, and our families, we have to constantly evaluate where our attention is going.

Questions to ponder:

1. What problem am I solving, and who am I called to serve?
2. What has Christ entrusted to me in this season?
3. What am I giving attention to that does not deserve my attention?
4. What distractions are pulling me away from my assignment?
5. What do I need to say NO to so I can give my best YES to what God has called me to do?
6. Am I focused on my assignment, or am I being distracted by what everyone else is doing?

FOCUS requires discipline.
You cannot give everything your attention and still give your assignment your best. 🎯🔥

As women leaders, we believe in Jesus Christ. We know that without God, we can do nothing. Yes, we are entrepreneurs and leaders in our careers, but we believe in the God who gives us the grace, strength, and opportunity to do what we do.

Say this simple prayer:

Dear Jesus, come into my heart. I believe You died and rose again and washed away all my sins. Come into my heart and build with me. I believe in You completely. Amen.

Have you ever been surrounded by people who undervalue you?

Never allow someone else’s inability to recognize your worth to make you question your value.

You have value. You have gifts. You have purpose. You have something unique that God placed inside of you.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that you lack value—it’s that you’re in an environment that cannot recognize or appreciate it. Don’t let that environment define your identity.

Today we had such a fun time as women leaders!

We played a team-building game where we were given different items and challenged to connect all the pieces together into one vision. The goal was to work together as a team and figure it out collectively.

The activity revealed the unique strengths each woman brought to the table. Some were visionaries, some planners, some executors, and some builders. It was a powerful reminder that great things happen when we work together toward a common purpose.

A special thank you to one of our WoW leaders, Katrina Lokko, for hosting this event.

Yes, we are women leaders, but we are also vulnerable when it comes to worship. We lay down every accomplishment, title, and achievement at the feet of Jesus. We understand that in Him we live, move, and have our being.

We are not ashamed to surrender. We are not ashamed to let go of everything in His presence.
