God has chosen His faithful servant Essam Ibrahim to be with Him in the Paradise and to rest from all his sufferings.
Our beloved brother Essam Ibrahim reposed in the Lord yesterday, Monday May/25/2026 Mr. Essam is survived by his wife Mrs. Samya Matta and his children Mena and Sandy.

God willing, funeral service will be held at St. Philopateer’s Coptic Orthodox Church at (1450 E. Campbell Rd., Richardson, Texas 75081) this coming Thursday May/28/2026 12:00pm.
Also, consolation gathering will be held at St.Anthony Hall Thursday evening from 6:30 -7:45p.m
May God repose the soul of our beloved brother Essam and grant his beloved wife Samya and his beloved children Mena and Sandy the Heavenly peace and comfort.

God willing our beloved father H.E. Met. Anba Youssef will bless our church the weekend of May 16th & 17th 2026. He will be praying Vespers Saturday from 7-9pm followed by passing the gifts for our beloved High School grads (Class of 2026) and the Divine Liturgy Sunday (Matin starts at 8:00am)

Sayedna will also bless the Servants Meeting Sunday afternoon (from 1:15p.m).

Today April 29th marks the exact 25th year anniversary for our beloved Church, St.Philopateer Coptic Orthodox church of Richardson, TX.
Sunday April 29th 2001, was the opening and first Liturgy prayed in the church sanctuary (the temporary one downstairs that is now St.George Chapel).
We can not thank God enough for His great mercy upon all of us as He granted us this great gift to have a house for Him that glorifies His Holy Name.
We pray that God keep our beloved church for us for many years and peacful times.

The church extends its deepest condolences for the passing of our beloved Mr. Victor Hanna, who has departed to be with the Lord.
Mr. Victor Hanna was:
The father of Dr. Jan Hermina and Mr. Francois Hanna.
The brother of Mr. Kamal Shaker, Mr. Atef Shaker, Mr. Joseph Harmina, and Mr. Emad Harminah.
The uncle and father-in-law of Mrs.
Kariman Hermina.

The uncle of Veronica Eskander, Madonna Harmina, and Fady Harmina
Funeral prayers will take place tomorrow Saturday April 25th at St. Mark Coptic Church- Prosper at 1:30pm
May God repose his pure soul in the paradise of joy and grant all his beloved family the heavenly comforts🙏

Our deep condolences to our beloved father Abouna Ghobrial Samaan for the departure of his beloved father Dr. Sabri Samaan the faithful servant of the Lord who reposed in the Lord yesterday in Egypt.
We pray for our beloved father abouna Ghobrial and all his beloved family and pray for the repose of the soul of Dr. Sabri Samaan.

Blessed Holy Week
God willing starting tonight we will have the late Arabic Pascha from 9:15-10:15pm and will be only for the 3 nights (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)
For those who can’t attend any of the day time or evening Pascha it will be a good opportunity to get the blessing of the last hour of the Pascha.
