🍫 It’s National Chocolate Cake Day! 🍰
And yes… after a season of prayer, fasting, discipline, and focus — we can finally smile a little 😄

As a church family, we’ve learned that life is about balance. There are moments when God calls us to sacrifice, consecrate, and push past our flesh… and there are moments when He reminds us to enjoy His goodness and celebrate together.

Chocolate cake might be sweet, but God’s grace is even sweeter.

Scripture:
“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights.” — James 1:17

Today, let this be a reminder that God cares about your spiritual growth and your joy. He’s present in the serious moments — and in the simple ones too.

Thinking Question:
How can you intentionally enjoy God’s blessings today while still staying grounded in gratitude and discipline?

Family, thank you for walking this journey together — faith, fellowship, laughter, and all. 💜💛

Family,
As we come to the close of our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, we want to take a moment to say thank you.

Thank you for your commitment, your discipline, your prayers, and your willingness to seek God together. Whether you completed every day of the fast or joined us along the way, your participation mattered. God honors willing hearts.

This fast was not just about what we gave up—it was about what God built within us. As we move forward, we do so strengthened, more aware of His presence, and more intentional about keeping Him first in our daily lives.

Let what started during this fast continue as a lifestyle of prayer, obedience, and faith.

We are grateful for each of you and excited for what God is still doing in and through our church family.

With love and expectation,
Sweet Embrace Church

Family,
Today is Sunday, and we invite you to join us for worship at Sweet Embrace Church.

As we gather together, we come expecting God to move, speak, and meet us right where we are. Whether you’ve been walking with us throughout the fast or are joining us for the first time, this is a moment to worship, reset, and receive what God has for you.

Come as you are and worship with us as a church family.

Day 21 – January 25
Lifestyle
Matthew 6:33

Today we complete our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting. This fast does not end—it transitions. What we’ve practiced over these past weeks becomes how we live moving forward.

Seeking God first is not a moment, it’s a lifestyle. Prayer, discipline, and devotion are now part of our daily walk. God honors consistency, obedience, and hearts that remain surrendered to Him beyond the fast.

As we close this journey, we do so with gratitude, growth, and expectation for what God is continuing to do in our lives.

Prayer:
Lord, help me live a life that continually seeks You first. Let this fast shape my daily walk and draw me closer to You.

Question:
What is one habit or lesson from this fast you want to carry forward into your daily life?

Day 20 – January 24
Fresh Anointing
Acts 1:8

As we continue this fast, today we focus on fresh anointing. God does not just refill what has been emptied—He empowers us for what lies ahead. Fresh anointing brings renewed strength, clarity, and boldness to walk in God’s purpose.

This fast has stretched us, refined us, and drawn us closer to God. Fresh anointing is God’s way of equipping us with what we need for the next season. What He pours out is intentional and timely.

Receive what God desires to place on your life today. He anoints us so we can walk in power, obedience, and purpose.

Prayer:
Lord, fill me with fresh power. Renew my strength and anoint me for what You have called me to do.

Question:
What area of your life needs fresh strength or renewal from God today?

Day 19 – January 23
Finish Strong
Galatians 6:9

Today is National Pie Day, and while many are celebrating with dessert, we’re reminded that this fast is teaching us something deeper—discipline, perseverance, and trust in God.

As we near the end of this journey, it can feel tempting to relax or give in early. But God encourages us not to grow weary in doing good. Finishing strong matters. What you’re building spiritually during this fast is worth more than a momentary craving.

This fast has required commitment and sacrifice, and God sees it all. Stay encouraged. Stay focused. The harvest comes in due season.

Prayer:
Lord, give me strength to finish this fast well. Help me remain faithful, disciplined, and encouraged as I press forward.

Question:
What has God been strengthening in you as you push toward the end of this fast?
